I placed an $80 order and showed up with the loyalty punch cards and was denied our free meal. No expiration date on them, owner was called personally and declined to honor it. Will NOT be supporting this local business anymore. $80 goes further at Taco Bell anyway.

I’ve ordered probably 4-5 times now. The food is really good! But two of these times I was given the wrong burrito and didn’t realize until I was already home. I always order a fish burrito. I received steak one time and just recently received shrimp. Really disappointing when that happens.

I ordered from this place last night. Got a chicken burrito bowl. I called around 835pm; they were closing at 9pm. The guy on the phone said he had to see if the grill was still on. Came back and said I could order. I'm not sure if they just rushed the order or gave me bad chicken but within 45-50 mins; I had a terrible stomach ache and had to go to the bathroom. Some time after I started throwing up which continued the rest of the night. I have a pretty strong stomach so it is very rare that I throw up. I called and informed them today and the lady on the phone basically just said; ok sorry I will go check the chicken to see if it is good......Like what!?!?! I didnt even know what to say to that. I have never felt this sick before and would def recommend not trusting this place.

Fantastic, and a great new addition to the area's growing family-owned restaurant scene!Having walked past the empty storefront for a while, I was excited for Taco-Tastic to open their location here, having heard great reviews at their other locations. Luckily, the new Brick location did not disappoint, and I've been coming here nearly weekly in an attempt to sample a bunch of their different options.The interior is well decorated for a stripmall restaurant; an absolutely gorgeous mural decorates the left wall, with enough seating for ~30 people or so. A large menu board shows all the delicious food on offer, and at least as of the time of this review - most menu options are below $15 or so, making it a great value for quick dinners or easy lunches. Speaking of lunch, they do a daily lunch special for $10 that blows most local places out of the water, and comes with either 2 chicken tacos, empenadas, or tamales, as well as a side of rice & beans and a beverage. Super flavorful, and something I find myself getting entirely too often.Great folks, great food, great prices, and easy & quick ordering. What more could I ask for?

Another great Latino addition to the neighborhood! Everything I've had is fresh and yummy and reasonably priced. Fantastic Mexican rice. Taco Tuesday 20% off! Highly recommend!PS: the bag fell over in the car that's why the tacos are a mess but they still eat good!

we were excited to have a taco place open up so close to us...but i have to say we were very disappointed. we got the chipotle chicken tacos and the carnita tacos. everything was dry...the meat and the tortilla. which is literally what a taco consists of. not very flavored either. the Mexican rice was bland too. and even worse, the only good thing we ordered was the chicken empanada...but we paid for 2 and only got one. won't be returning, good luck though.

Absolutely Delicious Chipotle Tacos, served fresh and fast. Verde salsa fill of flavor and just the right spice. Friendly counter service. I imagine you are looking at your phone to figure out if you are going to a taco chain or here. JUST GO HERE, it's so good!!! Worth the few extra blocks for some real tacos. They also have a variety of Mexican sodas in the fridge.Dietary restrictions: Tacos are available in varieties that are dairy free.

Honestly l will never give this place another dollar of our hard earned money ever again. Extremely poor customer service all around. Female Manager from lacey store was extremely rude. We Had other issues & complaints with food, service & online ordering / phone ordering. One prime example is that they deliberately ignore your calls when trying to place an order & or just shut the phones off with no automatic message or alert to their customers on the expectations that they’re busy and that they will not take phone or online orders. The phone just rings or says my call cannot go through. When I went to store to get my food, the manager said I should of known better and to come into the store to place my order. It was stated they’re to busy and can’t be bothered with the phones. Then I tried to speak to manager about the service being slow & how it was impossible it is to get in touch with them when placing a order either by phone or online, she proceeded to talk down to me & embarrass me in front of multiple customers in the store who also were waiting. She was nasty & stated obviously we are really busy & if you wanted our food so bad you should have come into the store to place order. When I spoke to the owner, he was super condescending & disrespectful as the manager in lacey. He Told me that if I had a problem I should be taking it up with the managers because him as a owner doesn’t have time or wants to deal with these type phone complaints. They also tried to accuse me for trying to get free food. I wasn’t trying to get free food, I was trying to see if they would provide some sort of compensation for the disrespect and major inconvenience of horrible service. Plus the food was cold, I asked for extra Avocado and didn’t get extra but was charged for it and the food was super bland. The only thing he said was that they’re working on getting a automated message to advise their customers about how to order. Regardless I’m not one to make reviews and or complain but this was needed to be said. If anyone wants to know more I’d gladly go into more detail on how I was treated / spoken too. There’s more to this story & also our food was over cooked. The nacho fries I ordered were Mushy and tasted like dirt. When this was brought up to them they were argumentative and defensive. There’s many more taco businesses around & I’ll gladly support them over this place. Very appalled on their professionalism and customer service. Check out their reviews on google & other reputable websites… many others have similar complaints. Owner writes nasty messages back to them as well. That’s really bad business. Taco”tasticc”- deserves 0 stars & there isn’t anything fantastic about this place at all. I’m all about support small local businesses but this place doesn’t deserve any of that.
