Turning point feels they can charge you for items you didn’t even order. I ordered avocado toast which literally used to be $6.80. Apparently they don’t offer plain avocado toast anymore, they only charge you with an egg included. They failed to even mention that when the order was placed, they only asked if I wanted an egg or not. Even though I said no egg, I still got charged for an egg which is probably $3.50 because they rob you and they don’t have a price for no egg? Wtf kind of business is that? Now they are charging people $13 for 2 little pieces of bread, a spread of avocado and 4 little slices of tomato. Turning point has become the most overrated garbage chain. Literally just robbing people at this point. Oh and they also don’t have 2 go coffee prices, they charges for the “unlimited coffee” even though you’re taking it to go and obviously not asking for more….

Used to love this place and would come CONSTANTLY. Went very recently after not going for a year or two and the quality was absolutely horrible. Service was ok but the food was so gross, my mother went recently as well and said the same exact thing! I’m not sure what happened here

The egg whites should never be liquid and opaque, no matter how the yolks are requested. This seems to be a franchise-wide issue, because it’s the second location where the eggs were undercooked, despite being a breakfast-focused restaurant.

Ok so my family and I just went in for “brunch” the wait was about 30 mins to sit..then another 15 minutes just to get the server to greet us who I may add only had the bar and us the one table. The food tasted like pure chemicals I almost had to excuse myself at one point. We all got our food but they forgot about my sisters pancakes and when they arrived they were raw and inedible. The server never returned to our table only to bring drinks. I can not put into words how much the orange juice, eggs and bacon tasted like they were doused into a cleaning chemical. Worst service and food experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been in the restaurant industry as a server for 16 years and never once written a review. I can’t let the public eat there knowing there’s a chance of them getting sick. This is for the Turning Point in Brick on Rt 70. BEWARE.

The wait was very long, which is no big deal, but the food was absolutely terrible. My pancakes never came out until I asked for them 10 minutes after everybody was already eating and they were undercooked. The orange juice tasted like chemicals and was a pale yellow color at 5 dollars a cup. and the bacon tasted like Chemicals as well. The service was even worse. She didn’t clear our plates and only came over to us maybe twice. She had the bar area and our table and we were pretty much ignored Definitely will not be going back

Ordered breakfast with a coworker. Simple cheese omelette, fried potatoes as I don't care for home fries, and an English muffin.
The cheese to egg ratio was off. I almost choked, and the fried potatoes were unseasoned and under cooked. The English muffin was ok. This is my 2nd attempt to eat here, last time being a salad. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Horrible Eggs Benedict! Worst I've ever had. Very citriscy and watery. I've actually had better at a diner and the potatoes were boring. I would have sent it back, but our sever, Bill never came to check on us.
My server never checked on us after our food was brought to the table. The eggs were overcooked, the potatoes undercooked, our English muffins were barely toasted and had the barest hint of butter. The restaurant was NOT busy yet there were no servers around to flag down to have our order addressed. Turning Point used to be awesome, now it's not worth coming back to. I honestly don't even think servers went to the other occupied tables around us to check on the food quality. Definitely not worth returning until they change.

Long wait time for a very disappointing meal. Food was tasteless, sent back and still charged even though it was one bite, it was so bad. If you offer gluten free but blame the taste on gluten free bread, then you should not serve this option. Never recommend this place.

A solid 1.5. The fact that this place has a 4.5 is actually a joke. I have never felt the need to leave a poor review at a place like this. I’ve been to multiple turning points and have had great food and service and I will definitely not be returning to this one. We were told 10-15 minutes and got sat about 40 minutes later. We were being very patient because they were a little busy. As soon as we got sat we ordered our food which was a basic skillet (eggs, potatoes, bacon, and cheese). After waiting 30 minutes…we both received the wrong meal. I asked for my correct meal and my boyfriend just decided to deal with it. We then waited another 20 minutes and just asked for it to go. Once we got the meal we left. I opened the meal and I received what looks like someone’s left overs?? This is disgusting. Do better.
