Really bad first experience. Our server seemed very lost since the moment we sat down. I was with 4 children, all of them between the ages of 18-20 and she brought their shirley temples with lids on them? Honestly laughable but kind of rude. And the only thing we ordered from the bar was a single canned beverage and after waiting 10 minutes after all the other drinks, we were informed the bar was backed up. We're not talking a frozen drink or martini...moving on. They ran out of my dish after ordering 15 min prior. Ok no big deal. My new dish came out burnt (ironic bc the server said she was rushing it and waiting in the kitchen š¤¦š¼āāļø) At least a solid 10 min after my table so everyone was ready for boxes by my first bite. Clueless server didn't take original dish off the bill so had to catch that myself and wait extra for a manager. Overall disaster. I heard the pizza was decent but we won't be returning.
Love Tre. Great place to meet up with friends and enjoy a good meal. We ordered the shareable cold antipasto and the chicken parm pizza. Delicious š
Our waiter was rude and got the order wrong and then argued about who ordered what and then said just give it back I will put the topping on the pizza- Not our first time with this person- but honestly will be our last!
We had reservations and still had to wait for a table, which had been empty all along. The service was slow,.at a few points we had to call our server over. It took about 20 minutes after our drinks came for her to come for our dinner order. The food was ok, but nothing that makes you want to hurry back. It was a school fundraiser night so many children and loud music in the background.
The chicken parm pizza was hard and burned at the edges. The spatula presented was not sharp enough th cut slices. We had to tear it apart by hand since the waitress dropped the food and left. My pasta pomodoro was well beyond aldente and looked more like vodka sauce with no discernable tomato bits. I assume the ricotta was there but it couldnāt be seen or tasted. At $16 for a small portion, it was a disappointment.
When our pizza came, a new spatula wasnāt provided. The crust was overdone, so we wrestled with that as well. The cc upcharge was on the bill before it was presented. We asked the waitress to remove the charge as we were using a debit card . Tre is one of the only restaurants weāve been to that charges a card fee even though they are not charged by the bank for debit transactions. All in all, it was an expensive meal and a lesson learned. Weāll have to go elsewhere for authentic Italian.

Children were allowed to run amok outside and were throwing a football into the wall outside where we were sitting. It ruined the ambience, honestly. The food was just so-so too. Our server was wonderful. Some underdressed guy showed up at our table to check on things. I assume he was a manager. Of course this was before the hooligans were acting up outside. It's just not the place it was when it first opened. Rosalita's is better.
Kid-friendliness: too friendly.

The menu at the restaurant did not match the menu online. They were out of certain beverages and food items. The food overall was good and the service was excellent.
Always a great experience. Food and drinks!

Fun vibe however the music was a little too loud to hold a conversation. Food was fine. Had an issue with my dish that took a while to resolve as the waiter didn't come back to check even though it was not what I had ordered.
We had a fun delicious dinner at Tre this evening. The service was friendly and helpful and the meal was delicious. I had artichoke pizza and my husband had a meatball hoagie. Our waitress Olivia was wonderful, and the manager Michael also came over to see how we were enjoying everything.
Thanks for a fun evening!

We've been to tre dozens of times since they opened. One of our go'Tos when eating local and staying casual. Use to love their rewards program - like how they always change the menu. Food is somewhat consistent but tres biggest issue is service. Everyone since day one is to cool to write orders down idk; they aren't very efficient, they forget bread all the time etc etc I'll continue to be a customer but it's expected to not have service to match the food
We felt the menu didnāt offer enough as there was more wine on the menu than dinners, as a bartender and previous waitress I found the service reserved if you would say and not lively and outgoing as I would expect. Their seating area along the bar side we didnāt like the metal chairs as they were uncomfortable and very low to the table. I am sorry but I was however disappointed. I hope this helps then to move their restaurant forward into a better light. All the best!!!
