I ordered the ahi tuna sandwich that was on the special menu that came with bang bang sauce, lettuce tomato and onion. It was $16 I was told by my waitress they did not have ahi tuna. But she assured me she could replace the ahi tuna with salmon. Great! Got the bill. My $16 sandwich was now $28 AND they charged me on top of the $28 a $1.50 for the bun. A $1 for the bang bang sauce and $.50 for the onion!!! Never got the onion. When I confronted my waitress about this she sent over the manager who was incredibly rude and I never saw our waitress again who btw before the bill came we were laughing and joking. This is outrageous!! I will never go back there again.

A great, hidden local spot to enjoy a casual meal. The fireplace is especially nice during these colder days. The pot pie was extremely bland but my friend had a fabulous avocado BLT & other items on the menu looked appealing.

November 29, 2024 Three friends and I had dinner here. My three friends all were VERY happy with their various selections. I ordered the penne vodka with grilled chicken. The penne vodka was excellent, very delicious, but the grilled chicken was tough. I asked for a steak knife and eventually the waitress stopped by and got me one, but the steak knife was no match for the tough chicken. I ate all the penne vodka and gave up on the chicken. I noticed that the chicken pieces were all very different sizes and shapes. which leads me to believe that perhaps the chef just plopped in whatever was leftover from other dishes rather than preparing chicken specifically for my meal. I've never been here before so I have only this single experience to report. As I said, my friends all had great meals, and my own pasta was perfect. Hopefully the tough chicken was just a one-off problem on a busy night. I suggest you give this place a try and leave your own review afterward.

Food is overpriced and tasted off. Service was awful. My husband and I went in for dinner at 5:00, were seated in the dining room right next to the kitchen and sat for a full 20 minutes watching servers walk in and out without anyone greeting us or even getting us water. One girl came over and stared at us twice then turned and walked away! We left, but we decided to try again and ordered dinner tonight which my husband picked up. I paid over $30 for beef stroganoff that was both salty and bitter. I took two bites and threw the rest out. My husband got chicken parmigiana. The chicken, once he found it under the mountain of cheese, was dry and tasteless. I paid over $9 for a small slice of Black Forest cake which somehow was made without cherries, and my husband paid over $10 for a small, burnt piece of bread pudding. Save yourself the disappointment and indigestion. Go somewhere else.

After waiting a few years after a few bad experiences we tried again. Very disappointed. My husband ordered a Reuben. It came with no kraut or dressing. Basically a corned beef and cheese sandwich. Told the waitress and she returned with a dish of ice cold kraut. I had a fish sandwich which I think was a little undercooked. Waitress apologized but nothing else was done. I don't think we will ever go back.
Good was delicious. Can't wait to go back to try more! Friendly atmosphere.

We had not been in for a few months. Not sure if its the same owner. When Mort was always there we had great food. Last night was a terrible meal. The steak sandwich was half the size with 5 oz of beef With a mixed veg for 28.00. It tasted good but dam. The presentation was rushed and messy. My wifes penne vodka looked like it was spun in a 5 gallon bucket and dumped in a bowl. No taste. The chicken was microwaved and tough. We were looking forward to the night out but will not be going back.
