I deleted my post about who it was that did wrong because I know what it’s like to start out in a role to deal with situations. It should have been handled better but that is why I recommend a book called “extreme ownership “ by Jaco. I have mentored a lot of men and women and being so young if you are looking to grow in management the first step is accountability.

They got this new touch screen order that isn’t an option dude literally stood at the counter a didn’t wanna take my order after I explained I’m not comfortable using the touch screen order screen. Even if your paying cash he’ll have you use the screen a then accept you money to put into the drawer. It’s just insane dude Burger King wants me to do its job. When I go out I gofor the service. Like dude take my order take my money a give me my food. I left went to Wendy’s an had a good experience.

Place is completely empty rude staff stood there for 20 minutes with no service along with nobody but us and employees in place staff is extremely rude refused to accept valid coupons then we get the food and it was ice cold could not even take 2 bites out of my burger will never eat at this Burger King again and urge others to stay away

Terrible service ? I was waiting in the drive thru for about 25 minutes I had to get out of line, a cleaning service I do not recommend it

Very bad customer service! The attendant doesn’t know how to talk to customer. It seemed racist ! They didnt have coffee. But when it appears on menu , we ordered. We humbly asked if coffee isnt served it should not be on menu. The lady said people dont order coffee . How would we know that !

Me and my family were really hungry and we were choosing where to eat. We decided to go there because no one likes McDonald’s (should’ve went to McDonald’s). we came in we ordered our food and sat down and I saw a sad little boy waiting for his food, he looked devastated not only did we get our food first because we complained but the poor little boy didn’t speak up for him self so WE complained for him. Then he got his food after almost 1 HOUR of waiting!! #justiceforthekid #yallslow #benicer #befaster

I went to Burger King today around 5:00 got me a impossible whopper, beef patty was raw.
Waited in line for over 45 minutes, super slow. No apology and put together very sloppy. Waste of money and also stuck in line, not able to pull out because of the curb.

Its Burger King and if you're a fan of Burger King then this is the spot for you. It's located about a block away from a fantastic shopping center (Carl's corner) and is mostly only busy during peek hours. Tell them Michael sent you, they'll have no idea who you're talking about but I can just picture the look they will give you. ?
Parking: They have a place to park on either side of the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: I've never personally purchased any kids meal but I'm sure they have them.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is wheelchair accessible.

The drive thru line is always slow, extremely slow and it's to the point to where I really don't want to go there any more because the drive thru line is so long, I'm usually going when I'm on my way to work and I loose so much time here because of the unnecessary time spent in this line and I'm not getting out my car to go in
