We placed our order incorrectly and understood this. We wanted to get something else and Gen manager was argumentative and talking down to us trying to explain his side. We only wanted to replace the chicken sandwich with a whopper jr and the onion rings we never got. Very poor customer service not happy considering the one waiting for the food was diabetic with low sugar already.

Whoever packed order forgot my apple juice for kids meal cold fries and chicken nuggets in kids meal were hard. Forgot sauces that I paid for also bacon was burnt 👎

I deleted my post about who it was that did wrong because I know what it’s like to start out in a role to deal with situations. It should have been handled better but that is why I recommend a book called “extreme ownership “ by Jaco. I have mentored a lot of men and women and being so young if you are looking to grow in management the first step is accountability.

They got this new touch screen order that isn’t an option dude literally stood at the counter a didn’t wanna take my order after I explained I’m not comfortable using the touch screen order screen. Even if your paying cash he’ll have you use the screen a then accept you money to put into the drawer. It’s just insane dude Burger King wants me to do its job. When I go out I gofor the service. Like dude take my order take my money a give me my food. I left went to Wendy’s an had a good experience.

Place is completely empty rude staff stood there for 20 minutes with no service along with nobody but us and employees in place staff is extremely rude refused to accept valid coupons then we get the food and it was ice cold could not even take 2 bites out of my burger will never eat at this Burger King again and urge others to stay away

Very bad customer service! The attendant doesn’t know how to talk to customer. It seemed racist !
They didnt have coffee. But when it appears on menu , we ordered. We humbly asked if coffee isnt served it should not be on menu. The lady said people dont order coffee . How would we know that !

Me and my family were really hungry and we were choosing where to eat. We decided to go there because no one likes McDonald’s (should’ve went to McDonald’s). we came in we ordered our food and sat down and I saw a sad little boy waiting for his food, he looked devastated not only did we get our food first because we complained but the poor little boy didn’t speak up for him self so WE complained for him. Then he got his food after almost 1 HOUR of waiting!! #justiceforthekid #yallslow #benicer #befaster
