Terrible service, refuses delivery to the same location they have delivered to for the past 10 years, rude staff, by the sounds of it lazy staff all around just poor service for being a loyal customer.

We placed an order 7.45pm on Fri then had to call 8.45 pm to see when it will be delivered on hold for 30 minutes then a women answered and said it will be at least 15 more minutes. Unless we want to cancel. After being extremely beligerantamd hostile. Then we had to tell her how to spell our address over 5 times then she said again its gonna be 30-45 mimutes do you just want to cancel. We then waited until after 10pm. My wife went to the location to find out where our order is. The lady who she found out is the manager said it's out being delivered but she had no idea when it would arrive know when we will get he driver returns there with it we will have to wait twice as long and this is the manager what happened to customer courtesy and service.

This place has become a nightmare. I ordered two pizzas and they took an hour and a half to get here. I tried to call and cancel the order and no one ever answered the phone. In the meantime I went to a different pizza place ordered another pizza eat it and finally domino’s showed up. Then I canceled my order.
Great place away from the busy roads. If you haven't tried their Brooklyn style pizza, I say to give it a try!

I would not order from them I order from this domino's for my disabled mom that lives in an senior building on riverwalk 3rd floor when they came to deliver they called her and told her to come down and get her pizza she informed them she was using a walker and couldnt get there too fast the delivery driver said I don't care do you want it or not she called me upset I called and spoke to manager he was rude too and said they didn't care disabled or not so I tried to contact corporate and never heard from them either if I was anybody order from a different pizza place since domino's apparently don't care about senior citizens
