So I thought I would surprise my granddaughters with a smoothie and donuts for an after school treat!! The SURPRISE was on me when I went to pay and it was $29!!!! 2 small smoothies and 6 heart donuts WTH!!! Prices are crazy beware!!

First and foremost, I used to work at Dunkin' Donuts on Landis so I know how things go. When you're out of something you immediately let them know; you don't charge the customer and then tell them afterwards that you're out of something, and catch an attitude with them as well when they ask for a refund.
Now that I got that out of the way let me state why I'm one starring this Dunkin'. I was excited to finally try the Cookie Butter donut and latte today so I headed there before work. When I entered I was the only one in the line and I was ignored for a good five minutes. Right then and there I should have walked out but again, I was excited to try the Cookie Butter donut and latte. Finally, a plus size white girl took my order. I spent $11 and change on two donuts and a medium latte. The girl said she would personally make my drink just to make sure I was getting exactly what I paid for. I told her that was really nice and I appreciate it. She told me to walk down to the other counter and my drink would be there. Welp, one of the Indian women who always has an attitude had my drink just sitting on the counter, no lid, not stirred, nothing. So everyone is walking around and I'm still confused on why the same girl who said she was going to make my drink isn't making it. The Indian lady says "here, I'm going to put this on there because cookie butter we don't have" I frowned and replied "Um, no, don't just put anything on my drink. I don't want that. Can I just have a refund because you don't have the correct cold foam and I know you all charge for cold foam" the Indian woman yells and says "NO! I'll give you whipped cream." I should've walked out right then and there but I had already paid and I know their type, they can disrespect you but when you defend yourself they will call the cops so, I told her to just give me whipped cream. Mind you all, I paid for extra cookie crumbles and didn't get that. But here comes the plus sized white girl "You don't have to ask for a refund over cold foam. It's just whipped cream." I kindly responded "Didn't you say you were going to make my drink? If you were out of something I should have been notified. Don't tell me how to spend my money or how to act when it comes to my money." She replies in a smart manner "I had other customers. It's not that big of a deal!"
I will never go back to this Dunkin Donuts. It's always been racists and ghetto. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt because they're local, but I tell you one thing, that $11 they got from me today will be the last time they ever receive a dime from me. I can't wait until they finally get shut down. The service is terrible and I will make sure after this review I call corporate.

My first Bacon, egg and cheese on a sesame seed bagel in sooo long and it was disgusting. The bagel was so dry and stale, it definitely was not fresh and there was half a piece of bacon on the sandwich. Im curious as to what exactly I paid for?! I'll never buy from this dunkin again. I may not go back to any dunkin again!

Ordered cinnamon raisin bagel sandwich today. Was given a multigrain (i think) bagel instead. Certainly wasnt a raisin. Pretty bad when you work there and can't tell the difference. Just tells me this place has either lazy workers or just dumb. Ate it anyway. Didnt feel like dealing with it. In a hurry. This is why they want you to run on Dunkin. That way you're already too far away to come back and complain.

Not the first time I have received weak watered down coffee at this DD. I stopped going to this location for a while, I was quickly reminded why .. soo disappointing. Cold Brew is strong and dark, not supposed to look like iced tea.
Really great staff, meant my in-laws there for coffee and one of the staff members gave my 2-year-old son a couple of free donut holes!
Kid-friendliness: I've been to a lot of dunkin' donuts, most of the time. The staff really isn't that nice, but at this location they are very well staffed. Kid friendly. Nice to kids that were running around the store

Good overall. I just felt so bad for the boy in there tonight. He was running around like a chicken with his head cut off trying to get everybody’s orders and it looked like he was by himself. He did a really good job considering so I hope he gets paid well for dealing with that.
