Paid $18 for a bucket of assorted munchkins tonight and included in the bucket were rubber bands, fuzz, lint I don't even know fibers of some sort...Just nasty and disgusting. I will never go here again...Gross...U know she saw all this stuff and served it...crazy

While using public transportation today there was a Dunkin’ Donuts very near my stop so while waiting I popped in, the store was preparing to close, however, they were very accommodating they allowed me in they allowed me to sit they welcomed me warmly the coffee was still fresh and hot and delicious And my slider sandwich was very good the employees really make the difference they actually care about people these days that’s not always common!

Stopped here for a drink for my wife and went through the drive through. It took about 10 minutes for that. Not because it was busy mind you but the service was slow and the speaker/microphone clearly needs to be fixed. Then we waited for her drink to be made which was about another 10 minutes. I could have run across the street to Wawa, taken a dump and returned before our order was done.
The kick in the nuts then happened as we were told their machine was broken and was then given a completely different drink that being an iced coffee (I don't drink coffee so I don't know what she ordered originally). Whoever the manager of this place is should be ashamed of themselves because they clearly either don't hire anyone competent or they themselves are incapable of teaching their employees what to do and what not to do. Also only one employee working, really? Hire more competent people man. If I could give less a -5 out of 5 I would. Heck I'll give it a -10 out of 5. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Cold bacon chicken croissant stuffer, avocado bread (not toast) they can never get the coffee to taste right compared to other dd. Ive been coming here for the past two years & they never fail to disappoint

As always they serve burnt sandwich. Overheard on the intercom “oh that’s the sandwich we messed up” if they saw that mistake they should’ve made another one
I have come to this store every morning since I have been in town,today,which is Saturday,the lights are off and the sign is not on but the website says it is open.I'm not sure what is going on with this store,but what is the sense of having this on Google as open when it is 5:15 am and it is not open yet.Very disappointing.I sit here waiting.

How this place is open, I will never know. This has been an ongoing thing. The food was horrible and burned. The coffee is not correct. On top of that the order was all messed up. I will not be returning to this place nor my family. I will be giving my business to the Dunkin on Rt40. Besides after I eat or drink there, I don’t feel sick right away like I did at this one. My wife and I both got very sick. As for doing the survey to get the free donut, why bother they didn’t give it to me last time.

Everytime I order an iced caramel latte they always 'forget' to add espresso. You can't possibly forget 5 times in a row... It's almost like they wanna charge you for it and intentionally not give it to you. It's either you're robbing someone or just a straight up collective of morons.

Im not sure how this dunkin stays open. I don't know about any one else, but every time my family goes to this dunkin, the order is always messed up. Now we do not go often, but every once in a while we go hoping it's turned around and everytime we are disappointed. The coffees are either nothing but cream or no flavor at all, items are forgotten, and the waits are long. There is no way we are the only ones that have issues at this location. I'm sorry for the bad review, but maybe more need to be made and the owners will see it and things will change.
