I have come to this store every morning since I have been in town,today,which is Saturday,the lights are off and the sign is not on but the website says it is open.I'm not sure what is going on with this store,but what is the sense of having this on Google as open when it is 5:15 am and it is not open yet.Very disappointing.I sit here waiting.

How this place is open, I will never know. This has been an ongoing thing. The food was horrible and burned. The coffee is not correct. On top of that the order was all messed up. I will not be returning to this place nor my family. I will be giving my business to the Dunkin on Rt40. Besides after I eat or drink there, I don’t feel sick right away like I did at this one. My wife and I both got very sick. As for doing the survey to get the free donut, why bother they didn’t give it to me last time.

Everytime I order an iced caramel latte they always 'forget' to add espresso. You can't possibly forget 5 times in a row... It's almost like they wanna charge you for it and intentionally not give it to you. It's either you're robbing someone or just a straight up collective of morons.

Im not sure how this dunkin stays open. I don't know about any one else, but every time my family goes to this dunkin, the order is always messed up. Now we do not go often, but every once in a while we go hoping it's turned around and everytime we are disappointed. The coffees are either nothing but cream or no flavor at all, items are forgotten, and the waits are long. There is no way we are the only ones that have issues at this location. I'm sorry for the bad review, but maybe more need to be made and the owners will see it and things will change.

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this was the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to! The cashier Destiny was so rude and got annoyed because I said hello because no one came on the speaker for several minutes and then she said, “we don’t got no Sabrina’s espresso because the espresso machine is broken and we don’t got no donuts”. I ordered another coffee and it was so watered down and tasted old and disgusting. I would give zero stars if I could.

I’ve never heard of this. I don’t know if it’s just this place but every Dunkin’ that I’ve been to I’ve never ran into this one here for a cup of coffee on Super Bowl Sunday At 12:30 PM. I go through the drive-through and they come on the speaker and they said we’re not taking any orders for about 15 minutes because we have shift change. I’ve never heard of that from any other Dunkin. If this is going to be their norm, I wish they would post a sign outside on their pole designated what times that you can’t get anything from this location. I had to do a job out there and this is the first time I’ve ever ran into this at this location. I have had other issues also with staff at this location of messing up order to being rude and ignoring you. This is the last time I’m going to this location I don’t know what kind of business person is running this, but I’ve never heard of even a restaurant saying hey we’re not gonna see you because we’re doing shift change or a deli/ pizza shop. If they don’t wanna get money for 20 minutes, that’s their loss What a joke

This Dunkin never has anything in stock, the employees are rude, and I get the same exact thing from 3-4 different Dunkin locations on a daily and these people are telling me they’re not allowed to put extra berry in my drink anymore… Now I gotta drive 10 minutes out of my way and waste my whole break to go to the other location in town. They take 5 whole minutes to even come on the speaker when you’re in the drive thru forcing me to drive away with no one responding several times. I don’t recommend this location to anyone

Just started doing Uber eats and customers can order things that are not even in stock. When I go to pick up the order, it can't be completed and the order has to be cancelled.. smh.

I love Dunkin Donuts, but I will no longer be visiting this store location. It's ridiculous. All I want is a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and they have a less than 50% success rate of actually giving me a sandwich. Between "our oven isn't working," or "we ran out of that ingredient," maybe 1 in 4 times I'll actually get a sandwich. Today, they made me wait 15 minutes for a shift change, so I used that time to download the app and make a mobile order. I figured it'd be more convenient for everybody. I pull up to the drive thru only to be told "we ran out of those ingredients." It's 2 o'clock in the afternoon and you already ran out of food? I asked them to cancel the order, and they said to do it in the app and I'd get my refund in 2-3 weeks. 2-3 weeks! I really don't usually complain, especially publicly, but I've had it with this store.

The service in the morning sucks and their attitude is horrible, I have seen only one person working by themselves multiple times and it’s slows down service and stuff doesn’t get done right
