The cheesesteak tastes horrible now! I don’t know if they changed the meat, but the taste of the meat itself is disgusting! Then, the cheese was melted on top of the cheesesteak not cooked with the meat. Disappointing, especially for the cost.

I ordered a steak Stromboli and this is what I received after waiting 45 mins for it to arrive. The top was cooked and when I cut into it. It was soggy the peppers was raw and it had no taste. It was so bland. I also asked for them to cook the peppers . It’s a shame my wife had to take it apart and recook the meat and peppers to make cheese steak wraps for dinner. It was pointless to waste money if we still have to cook. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Have not visit since owner change (2016) ..I recd birthday coupon for $2.00 off 1/2 sub and decided I’d order. Coupon stated valid until 4/26/2024…. Today 4/22. Arrived to be told “we don’t accept coupon” show date and cashier stated that was left over from Bruce and never got changed. I ended paying $12 for small portion cheese steak. I’ll go back to Shiloh were they are $9 stuffed. Horrible business to keep sending coupons that you refuse after customer gets there. So much for happy birthday
