Ordered takeout via drive thru. Worker left me sitting with no greeting, to the point I was afraid they were closed or having drive thru issues. I spoke and the they finally spoke. Simple family sized bucket, easy sides, not even any drinks. Got all the way home and there were no biscuits. If they aren't going to give refunds (like for 8 missing biscuits), then the staff needs to do better at completing the order the first time.

For the money thier quality has really gone down. Got eight grease glued together pieces of chicken and hard potato wedges. Also was missing some extra biscuits I had ordered. I placed the order an hour before I picked it up. Was really looking forward to fresh food. There was a sign on the counter stating there would no longer be refunds. I understand why after receiving my food. Definitely won't waste my money again.

like OMG I ordered the eighth for 10 original and got SEVEN unseasoned LEGS and one of them was half tore up. My dad had already started eating one or I would’ve brought it back. It was definitely the worst KFC I’ve had. And it hurts my feelings because the people know you and still put one over on you like that. I want my four thighs. Shicky-Shame🫤

NO REFUNDS ON THE SIGN BC THEIR FOOD IS ATROCIOUS! Workers are rude and barely speak to you. Food was cold and gross and yet we waited over 5 minutes. Order was also wrong needed wedges. Had to throw it out and bc they don't do refunds I wasn't about to have another soggy attitude nugget 😂 makes me never want to go back.

Food was phenomenal. While we were sitting in the dining room, man comes in and stands at the counter. No one comes. He then places a bottle of corona beer on the counter and walks to the soda station. A man with a beard net reaches from the back and grabs it. The man then fills a cup he pulled out his bag with soda and leaves. This was 3:59p on 8/2. Clearly this is what is going because it takes too long to get service they must be back there drinking.

When you get KFC you’re either gonna hit or miss. It’s been a while and I was craving some chicken so I said let’s see what KFC has happening today. This ain’t it. Spent $50 got an 8 piece family meal and each and every piece was wet. Skin falling off and drenched in what I’m assuming is oil. Biscuits hard. Walked in to pickup my order and stood there about 4-5 minutes while people just walked back and forth. Atmosphere was ok. But having to come home to air fry fried chicken is beyond me and they have a nerve to have a sign saying they don’t give refunds anymore. Learned my lesson.
This was my first time at KFC here. I can tell you this the place was clean I like that they have the chicken away not out in the open the fries were done fresh everyone there were really nice. The chicken was very good, the fries were very good nice and golden and crunchy too. The biscuits were like biting down on clouds very soft the mash potatoes were good tasted buttery. My family enjoyed the meal and we said that we will be back there again. We normally go to Popeyes but I think KFC has new customers. I was very pleased with everything. The service food and the cleanliness of the place. Thank you for your service. If anyone are in the neighborhood and want good chicken and food this is the place to go.

Refried, old, very greasy very disappointed
This was my first time at KFC here. I can tell you this the place was clean I like that they have the chicken away not out in the open the fries were done fresh everyone there were really nice. The chicken was very good, the fries were very good nice and golden and crunchy too. The biscuits were like biting down on clouds very soft the mash potatoes were good tasted buttery.
