My husband stopped to buy something at that KFC and they served a person who was in front of him but when it was his turn the manager said he had to go do the drive thru you are the most unpleasant person I have ever seen in my life and he didn't say sorry you are very unprofessional I don't recommend anyone to eat there his lack of empathy made me feel bad. I wish the biggest bosses would look at this comment so they take into account the way that this unpleasant person treated someone who doesn't speak English well, that is not the way to treat them like that. If I could give him 0 stars I would. That's why I even called her because I was on a call with my husband and I heard her tone of voice. The truth is that the chicken is good but the first time I went to buy it they told me that they were only serving through the window and that I couldn't place my order right there and as if I didn't have a car a dark-haired man helped me then a woman saw me walking to place my order he told me come come in place your order here you don't have to come here well until there everything is fine But the second time, today, July 19, a certain Alexia helped me and told me that she didn't speak Spanish. She treated me rudely. Then a family who were Spanish arrived and treated them well, but it's bad because they hire gas workers there, and that's fine. They don't know how to speak Spanish but they don't have to be so rude and a day before they told us the same thing that there was no more chicken and that they couldn't serve it anymore it was at 7:30 p.m.
