No one told us they where behind and I was waiting for over a half our and I was late to work I ordered two breakfast bagels and hash browns. And the girl at the counter wasn’t very nice attitude rude.

I ordered on Christmas Day through Uber Eats. I have a palate for fine dining and I give this place a food rating of 10. I got an egg sandwich on a croissant with tomato and lettuce, slightly toasted. When I eat I can only ever finish half a sandwich usually, with just a few bites of the other. But I’m dreaming right now about the rest of my sandwhich because it really did what it was supposed to do.

They have incredibly delicious and satisfying items! I’ve tried many different things here, and I was genuinely blown away by how amazing everything tasted. The staff are always warm, friendly, and happy to help. It’s the kind of place that quickly becomes a favorite. I highly recommend it to everyone, an absolute must-try!

I’ve tried bagels at a lot of shops around the area and these guys still have the best in my opinion. Unfortunately their lack of customer service or care for the food they put out, completely outweighs that. Everytime I come here there’s something wrong with my order. I’ve gotten to the point where I’m writing out the substitutions or extras in the comment box as an extra precaution and it’s STILL wrong. Today, I had to go back into the store because they ran out of fruit for the refreshers, no big deal honestly - except why not give me a refund for the fruit instead of just writing “sorry” on the cups??? Then when you ask them to fix the issue they make you feel like a jerk for even asking. I’ve also been served regular sausage instead of the beyond, three times now! I’ve been vegetarian for over 5 years and my stomach immediately feels ill when I have real meat. At this point, I have no trust left in them and will either drive the extra 10 minutes to the marlton location, where they at least acknowledge you when you walk through the door, or switch bagel places entirely - which sucks!
