Placed my order on the mobile app and paid thru it. Got to McDonald's and they didn't have my order. I was told that because they didn't have bottled water that I ordered so the order didn't show up. There's some type of updating that needs to be done. The order was paid for, my order still could have been made and when I get there they can say they don't have it. Instead no order went thru at all. Little frustrating when you have to be somewhere at a certain time.

The food is sloppy doesnt taste good missing ingredients. Go somewhere else. Manager couldnt explain to me because her english was bad.

Website says drive thru opens at 530 am. It wasn't open at 545. Worker said they open at 6 am.

Fries were great but burger was smashed and cold and we asked for no onions I think there were extra onions. Customer service was good at one window and say what at the next. Girl that took order and payment was wonderful the guy at the second widow was confused at best. He wanted to give us someone else's drinks and was dumbfounded when we didn't take it. Maybe that's most but not us. We won't be back anytime soon.
