I am so tired of this Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, my three boys LOVE Pizza Hut. So I order delivery atleast once every three weeks. Every single time they forget something from my order. Just tonight it was my order of a 2liter starry soda. This is a real treat for my kids because it’s either water or milk that we drink, on a occasion 100% juice..well, when the delivery person came (DoorDash I’m assuming) he tells me that they don’t sell soda at that store. 😐 not only that they don’t sell it, but that it wasn’t in the order he received..so I call and an answering service answers just like last time, they transfer me to the location I ordered from and the line rings for 15 minutes. Needless to say, I guess we’ll be drinking water with our pizza tonight. 🤦🏼♀️

My daughter called them and they first said it was a call center and then they transferred us to the store they forgot breadsticks from our order and they all so give us a regular soda instead of diet my daughter said something some about politely nothing they can do so I guess we'll be going to someplace else next time.

Ordered at 11:00 they close at 12:00 they never even bothered making the order (just 2 pizzas). The only thing you should get from here is directions to another pizza place

Pizza and fries fantastic. Brownie was horrible. Never had a brownie that tasted that bad. Something definitely missing.

Absolutely ludicrous. I ordered two pizzas at 10:30pm and an hour later, the order was cancelled without any notice whatsoever. These workers must be paid to drool into a bowl because they are clearly not capable of making a pizza.
Ordered at 10:30, they close at 12. Waited until 11:30 for them to cancel the order. Nothing but lazy slugs working there.

This is a difficult review to write. Pizza Hut has become our preferred pizzeria, largely but not solely due to the stuffed crust. However, I am unlikely to order from them again, because they now rely on Door Dash for all their deliveries, and I have twice found that service unreliable. The first time was a delivery from somewhere else which was missing part of the order. This time, because the driver could not contact us by phone in regard to an online order, he did not deliver it. There being no way to contact the store online, and no response from corporate when I explained the issue in a survey response, I had to make a special trip to the store to resolve it. Even though it was most of a month later, the manager readily, courteously, and effectively addressed the issue--but could offer no advice on preventing it from happening again. If I place an order online, I expect it to be delivered. That's not negotiable.I noticed that a major competitor has on its website a way to message the store filling the order. Pizza Hut needs to catch up.
