DO NOT order from here!!!!! We placed our delivery order at 3:56pm. Estimated delivery was 4:30. At 4:57 we still have no pizza and the pizza tracker says it’s back at Pizza Hut. So I call and all they say is the pizza is en route all while the tracker says it’s still at the location. So at 5:30 we call and this time they say our pizza was returned after we said we didn’t want it. It never even arrived here!! Then they put us on hold and told us the driver said we told her we didn’t have any cash which again NOT TRUE! So after yet another hold we were told the driver doesn’t speak good english and she went to the front door instead of the side door. Which again…no on was ever here! Which story is it? Poor service. We were asked if we wanted fresh food but for what? To wait another 2 hours and still not receive a pizza. We will NEVER order from here again. Also if you hadn’t realize, they only respond to good reviews.

Today I grabbed some lunch for my family at this pizza hut. I made a mistake on the app while ordering. After recieving my food I talked to Mark, the employee working today, He was extremely accommodating and helpful. He quickly starting working on fixing my order and offered me the mistake pizza free of charge. I will be returning here soley because of Mark's top teir cutomer service.

I am so tired of this Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, my three boys LOVE Pizza Hut. So I order delivery atleast once every three weeks. Every single time they forget something from my order. Just tonight it was my order of a 2liter starry soda. This is a real treat for my kids because it’s either water or milk that we drink, on a occasion 100% juice..well, when the delivery person came (DoorDash I’m assuming) he tells me that they don’t sell soda at that store. 😐 not only that they don’t sell it, but that it wasn’t in the order he received..so I call and an answering service answers just like last time, they transfer me to the location I ordered from and the line rings for 15 minutes. Needless to say, I guess we’ll be drinking water with our pizza tonight. 🤦🏼♀️

My daughter called them and they first said it was a call center and then they transferred us to the store they forgot breadsticks from our order and they all so give us a regular soda instead of diet my daughter said something some about politely nothing they can do so I guess we'll be going to someplace else next time.
They delivered my food to the wrong address and won't answer the phone to give me back my money
