Please try the burritos; they are amazing. I ordered many things from this restaurant and enjoyed them all. I love the parcha juice and their tostones are always fresh!!

My experience was very unpleasant. I order my food, and to my surprise, it was a completely different order. When I called the restaurant, The Lady seem like she wanted to argue with me that my order was right. After going back and forth, she finally agreed to Replace my order. When I called the next day to confirm my pick up, no one answered the phone. I was told that the phone was working, and I needed to prove that I called. I left Feeling very embrass and Disgusted .Definitely a Lack Professionalism. I would Recommend checking your Food before leaving.

At first (Jan 2021-May2021) food was delicious, great portions and the food would even look presentable ... however I along with my coworkers have been disappointed recently my own last THREE transactions took well over the 25 minute wait they initially said (which is fine), the FOOD THOUGH— was NOT WHAT WAS EXPECTED . The mofongo was dry, they never seem to have Yuca, they have under cooked the chicken pinchos and the tostones have definitely been refried with no garlic or seasoning. It’s a shame they are trying to up their service charge to 15% now as well when they clearly aren’t putting that much effort in to the food or satisfaction of their customers.
