On November 11, 2024. I order my dinner and parked. A female employee with gold wire glasses knocked on my window and asked me to straighten my car for I was taken two parking spots. SMH. That will be the last time I eat there. There is plenty of parking at 6:30 p.m. The employee is being an idiot. I'll take my business elsewhere. BTW it's never busy on route 49, Bridgeton. NJ. Taco Bell. Management should cut back her hours and changing her title to parking lot attendant.
Parking: It's so slow, she thinks she's the parking attendant. Don't give her any more hours.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The crews just ignore someone coming in and not helping customer who walks in the door.. not a single soul ask whether we need help or not, and we came from out of state and a family of 7 supposedly be eating in but change our mind after 2 of us went in first but experience this instead. they just look at us then turn their back. They should at least said... the next available person will be with you shortly. But I guessed they all mute there and can't say a single word. Realy really bad customer service experience there. I wouldn't waste my time going in.

Incredibly accommodating staff that took my allergies very seriously.
The food was tasty and fresh. My order was a large one and I had to wait an extra 8 to 10 minutes, but the staff was very apologetic and even gave me two free coupons and thanked me for my patience. Definitely would recommend.

I went in here today and was pleasantly surprised by the young man named Tristan who works in the back. Not only was he doing his job but also doing the job of his fellow employees in order to help with the current rush of orders that were currently coming through. This was extremely impressive because he did everything like he was the manager of the restaurant (which come to find out he is still in high school). I was so impressed with his hard work that I pulled him aside and offered him a job at my restaurant i own down in Wildwood, NJ. He politely declined my offer saying that Taco Bell was promising him a big promotion but was starting to think they were lying to him just to keep him from leaving. This kid is going places in life and deserves to be well compensated even if Taco Bell is lying to him. He deserves to get at least a $10 an hour raise and free food everyday!!! Great job Tristan!!!

I use to avoid Taco Bell because I hate the peppers and similar spices that dominate Mexican food; I would even say that "Mexican food" was an oxymoron. However, I was prompted to try the chicken chalupa, and found it to be a uniquely different savory and filling alternative in the fast food market, if a bit messy. That plus the best Cinabon spin-off desert on the market has brought me back, much to my wife's pleasure as she likes quite a few menu items and beverages.

So refreshing to be greeted with courtesy and a smiling face! Really hard to come by around here. Jelisa (not sure of the spelling is right ?) took care of me tonight and she was so warm and friendly! Kuddos for the stellar customer service, was beginning to worry is was a lost art.
Everything was perfect when we went in there. Staff are kind and they do a wonderful job!

I knew they would hav this bginning.s'times wen u get wat u want,u dont want it.ppl arent "flooding"them+they hav competition cross the street but it's unfair,they hardly have ppl coming so we come & theres unhappy,impatient ppl coming wit us.they did their best but it's like "a different kinds prejudice where ppl look 4 a problem,but there service was ??they even gave us free taco slips 4 a reasonable wait.i seen s'one from drive thru ordered like 60$ worth of food,(explains the wait)so I'm happy.

Vegetarian options: You can substitute black beans for meat in most dishes. If you so this, I recommend adding black beans as well as swapping to maximize the black bean goodness.
