NEVER again
We have been going there for years. Things have changed. The cakes do not taste the same at all. They screwed up my husband's 50th birthday cake and would not do anything about it. I asked to speak with a manager and was told she has a busy schedule.

Recently visited the bakery after many years, since I was in the area. I remember when the bakery used to be open all night, taking a drive there when the banana cream pie cravings hit! Unfortunately, the variety of baked goods were not that great and not nearly as good as I remember it. The variety of Italian cookies were extremely limited and the taste was nothing special like they used to be years ago. The canoli shells were a bit soft and soggy. Donuts were fresh but not many varieties to choose from. I was hoping for a banana cream pie but there were no pies of any kind available. The girl at the counter seemed a bit moody, but she was the only one there trying to keep up with the lunch hour rush.

I’m not trying to be rude but the donuts aren’t that good. It’s like they all have this same familiar after taste. Almost like drinking orange juice after brushing your teeth. It’s not the great. Not even to compare to the original Terrigno’s but you can tell something’s changed. I have been getting Donuts from here ever since I was a little girl. The twisted powder to be exact, that was since the 90’s. Now I don’t even want to come anymore. I try to give it chance after chance but the Original was better. I’m all for supporting new owners but recipes should have just stayed the same. If anything added new items to the menu. Please go back to the old recipe. And Its not just me. This has been a conversation amongst groups and groups of people,

No complaints about quality of goods but they consistently run out of their popular choices and don’t seem to care. I’m tired of settling for alternate choices than what I planned to purchased. Today I left without making a purchase and that will continue to be my plan in the future. If it keeps happening I will stop going there for other things like bread and cakes. There are other options in the area. I hope the owner reads this.
Very good 👌

My daughter had a very specific vision in mind for her birthday cake and they exceeded expectations. They kept in touch to make sure everything was correct and everything came out beautifully. I've never had a bad experience here.

I agree with some of the other reviews, since the new ownership took over it definitely hasn’t been the same, but they are improving! I haven’t ordered from there in years due to the taste of their donuts when they switched owners, Whoever they have doing it now is back on track.
We are local yocals and we get donuts from here, as well as their top 2 competitors, at least once a month, switching between the 3 spots.
The Sweets:
Delicious donuts and they have a good variety. We usually get something cream or fruit filled, I love cheese and danish put together, and my mom loves their cinnamon raisin buns. You can buy them in a six pack.
The Store:
It looks exactly the same as it did when I was a kid. They have changed absolutely nothing in the store, you can tell it’s old school and has been there for a while. Which is cool. Also, they are open more days and later than the other two previously mentioned bakeries. Super convenient!
The Service:
Now the service is something to be desired. The older woman who waited on us yesterday, and the one young girl who work in there are just blah. I honestly feel like we’re bothering them, I feel like they don’t wanna answer questions when I ask them, “What’s in that one?” They have slight attitudes like they’re too busy to wait on you, but if they don’t wait on you, then they’re not gonna make money and the place isn’t gonna stay open soooooo, I don’t know where that comes from. Especially when their competitors are the Amish Market in Hopewell and another family owned bakery that’s been there here forever, Century Bakery… both places are dynamite!
Parking: There’s always enough room for me to park. There’s probably six spaces, and then you can park on the side as well and somewhere on the corner.

Great selection of pastries and pies. They also sell fresh baked loaves of bread. Their coffee is nice and strong too. Fresh croissants are often sold out.

I order a cake for my daughter Birthday and when I get here today 11/12 they said they didn't make and when I called and said if I needed to but a deposit the girl said it's on $40 dollars no need to I been ordering cakes for years here and I never say anything bad about them, but today disgusted me. How do you not have somebody's cake ready? And I asked her, could you make one? I don't have a baker. I never talked bad about a place before. Flies all over the cake in their donuts. You're there's no review for this place. It's a dump
This place is a city favorite! The doughnuts are always good and I have never had a bad experience here!
