I just don’t get how you low life’s there can mess up an order when it says what I want on the screen and then have something bad to say when i correct you. What a dump I wouldn’t go back there even if it was the last place on earth

manager was rude, service was poor from the start of ordering. I asked the manager if there was an issue he stated "i been here all day"! So that calls for poor customer service and the food was cold.

Wendy's is a fast food place I have been going to since I was a child. I always get the same food when I go to Wendy's. I miss their salad bars that they used to have. I had a quick visit when I went into Wendy's. I grabbed 2 hamburgers, French fries, and a beverage. The service was good and all the employees were staying busy when I was there.

Parking: Wendy's is located in Bridgeton, NJ and has plenty of parking. If you are on a quick lunch break then go through the drive thru.

Kid-friendliness: Wendy's is kid-friendly and they have kids menu

Pretty much what you would expect from a Wendy’s franchise. The service here is by far the best of many I’ve visited. I’ve rarely had to wait for my items this location has stellar customer service.

I got the wrong food in the drive through so I parked in the front to go in and correct the order (Note this happens every time Idk why I don't just go in) and to my horror I parked next to an African american employee who was pleasuring himself in his vehicle. I watched in sheer terror as he finishes to completion with zero shame before going back to work! DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS. I did not bother to go back in and correct my order I tried to call the police and they never showed up!

Recently went in, saw a homeless guy or something jerking off in the corner. Fries were cold, no salt. 0/10 will be taking my business to the other side of town from now on.

Drive through made us pull forward then took several more orders and had 3 other cars behind us park... Then gave orders through the window to the next 3 or 4 cars while we waited. I finally went inside after all the other cars were given their food and we waited at least 25 min in total, maybe 30. They had to remake our order bc they lost it (or gave it to another car?) and even though I told them twice when I went inside to make sure we actually got food, they still put mayonnaise on two of the sandwiches. I have no idea why the drive through person sent people to do maybe random spots instead of having them wait a few min for order and I think that's what messed so much up. Will not visit this location again

Male Management yelling and degrading female employee until she had tears in her eyes nobody should be treated like this when coming to work very hostile work environment will never eat at this restaurant as long and this is acceptable how can Wendy's alow there staff to be treated this way and allow this form of harassment to take place and to continue this manager should be fired Immediately. How can staff work efficiently and enjoy their job to do it the right way if constantly being tortured degraded?
And treat it like they are less than human.

It's like I don't understand. It takes me 15 minutes and every Wendy's I go to this right here. Took 20 minutes for one. They don't change the gloves when you're touching the pork bacon for people who don't eat pork. Standing right there looking at it. Look how the person making it. They're not even caring. They're not reading a board of what I want or I'm paying for it. So turn a sandwich. No bacon and also the turninella sandwich with no mustard. Why does Wendy's put mustard on the burgers? Somebody got time for that,
They where was mumbling under their breath about me about changing my sandwich, what I paid for because you couldn't get it right the first time or read da order correctly..

Poor customer service with an attitude. 4-5 employees just seemingly doing nothing and I am the only customer. A shift lead is supposed to set an example.

Look if your life is miserable go seek help. It's no reason to treat people poorly and negatively impact someone's business who invested a lot of money.
