i am disgusted! i went to get breakfast this morning, and as soon as i started eating my potato wedges a COCKROACH came walking right out of my food… I have been throwing up all day. i called the store to inform them and they said there was NOTHING they could do but remake my food…. Good food and every employee is awesome expect some horrible manager there. While at the drive thru window, the manager was scolding and cursing out the employees working there for not communicating with her enough.Not only is this embarrassing for all the employees who have to deal with somebody so nasty, but it creates an uncomfortable environment where nobody can feel safe. Ironically she is yelling at employees to do better when she is the actual problem there and is the one that could use a good yelling at from somebody else. Will not be returning to this location until this manager is fired.
I ordered large, paid for large food, Got everything small at the end and i couldn't change it. They messed up a whole chicken sandwich, They slapped whatever on it!! They are horrible don't go they don't know what they doing.

Monday July 3: I Ordered 6 ghost pepper chicken sandwiches only no drinks nothing else around 10:25 to 10:40pm, person had an attitude only received 5 burgers and had to ask for the last one, the last one they gave me was clearly not cooked properly at all, the outside was barely cooked u could tell by just looking at it, it was pink all the way around, since service was so bad I did not go back to get it exchanged out of concern they might do something worse on purpose to the food, I understand work can be frustrating but giving people food poisoning because ur having a bad day is not acceptable.

As we walked out the door she asked if she could help us. No thanks, I'm good wont be back. "Quality service that doesn't cut corners" on the side of the building should be removed.
