My brother order three kids meals. The lemonade was rotten. It tastes like it was left for awhile and soured. My brother asked for hamburgers with just ketchup and they all but one had cheese. They were out of the kids toys but didn’t bother to mention it till after the order was placed and food was exchanged.

It was raining and I had my window cracked and water was coming into my car. I sat waiting for someone to tell me they would be right with me or take my order. After several minutes of NOTHING I assumed the machine was broken so I drove up to the window. The man looked at me like three heads even as I kindly explained how I thought the machine was broken. He rudely responded how there’s only two of us. I asked him if he wanted me to drive around around again and he gave me a rude look, CLOSED THE WINDOWS on me and left.

THEY WERE NOT OPEN AT 1 AM LIKE THE APP AND GOOGLE MAPS SAID THEY WOULD, I got excited and wanted chicken nuggets when I saw they were still open and I ordered on the app. NO ONE WAS HERE. I might never come here again, I was hungry. I would give 0/0 if I could, change your dang hours Wendy’s like you should.

Came in today on 5/28 around 1:30-2pm. Despite them being under staffed with 2 people, both Issac and Tatrone both did an amazing job today! They both handled it like champs. If they bring in 2 more people like these guys the store would be amazing!

Ordered breakfast thru the app this morning, as I do most Sundays. Was charged. Walked across the parking lot (I work next to it) at 8:30am. Not a soul working. Now no food and out almost 11 bucks. This place is going down hill. Used to be a great location.
Unreasonably long drive-thru wait times. Impossible to go here on a lunch break because you’ll waste the entire time in the drive-thru.

Terrible service. I ordered two Asiago Ranch and some chili cheese fries. They made me wait about 15 minutes for that order, and in the end, they gave me everything wrong. Another day I went, and the person taking my order was a Hispanic manager. She never gave me a chance to speak. She talked over me and wouldn't let me finish my order. They should do drug tests at that establishment because it smells like marijuana and the employees look high.

This establishment was almost out of stock of a lot of items when I arrived. There were only diet sodas, no medium fri boxes and no forks. I ordered a salad and had to wait a significant time but the person was very nice and apologized for the wait and inconvenience.
