Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area. I had the falafel in a pita and really enjoyed it. The falafel was made to order and well seasoned. I will agree that, compared to other food court options the menu is limited, however it's important to note that Alex's isn't a chain. The small menu allows them to focus on a few things and do them well. It's, in my opinion, becoming rarer to see non-chain options in mall food courts, so I always try them when I find them. I'm so glad I did!

The gyro is delicious. Their tzatziki and hummus is also very flavorful. Generous portions. A little expensive.

I had a falafel Gyro from here. Crazy delicious! Good amount of hot sauce, white sauce and all the fixings! Falafel had a crispy outside with a soft center. Honestly wish more people gave them a try. I would even go as far as to say better than Halah Guys.

Great gyros. I only go here now for my gyros. After eating at Alex's I now know my previous experiences elsewhere have been subpar. The lamb gyro is real, high quality lamb and doesn't taste like the frozen stuff other restaurants use. I will continue to be a customer.

I ordered falafel platter, while I was waiting on my order, someone ordered chicken gyro, the lady who was taking the order interrupted the attendee and started arguing with his employee ? the oil that they make falafel and fries with, is absolutely burnt out and dark. The falafels came out burnt out, I complained and the lady said No FOOD FOR YOU! ???? The sauce container and the salad and humus containers were very dirty and uncleaned. Be careful taking food here.

He gets my 5 stars because he serves freshly made falafels and not the frozen ones.
He’s a pretty nice guy :)
