Ordered curbeside pickup online via Applebees website. Order was ready on time but there was no way to check in online when we got there. I called to check in and spoke with Kathleen who was friendly, professional and efficient. The person that brought order to our car was professional. We had 10 minute ride home and we had to warm up food prior to eating. Order was accurate and everything was cooked correctly.

The staff assigned to the cluster was friendly and all smiles. I just didn’t like the ribs. It was just too dry. I guess, will have to try something else next time. Overall, the dining experience was okay!

Ive never been a fan, but Last week lovely experience, bartender server Liz a delight!! Tonight A Totally Different experience!! Bartender server Julian abrupt, not pleasant AT ALL!! Asked for menus I said yes please, all of them...he said all we have is this one....I said drinks??..oh you want that one...I knew other choices were missing, but left it at that....never one second of a smile!!! Too many other things to mention here...Ruined our evening....guess I'm back to not being a fan...too bad

The grossest applebees I’ve ever been to in my life. Ordered buffalo boneless and this is what we got. On top of that our server Emily was super miserable being there like if you hate your job so much just leave. She didn’t want to do her job so she sad some guy do it for her.
tried the unlimited wings promo but the food was actually so mid. the shrimp was okay but some were mushier than others, so it was a hit or miss. the ribs were too hard and very chewy, but the wings were really heavy and just unsatisfying in general

Screw this place.All you can eat apps. 15.00. 1st place 12 tiny shrimp, little bit of fries small cup of coleslaw. 2nd plate, they call boneless wings. I call 4 small pieces of chunk chicken, 3rd plate 1 1/2 peices of rib lits most of it was bone.This took 1.5 hours. Manager asked what else do you want . I dont have hours to wait. Check.Screw you Applebee's never again
