My sister and I wanted a snack, so we stopped by this location since we were in the mall. The staff: They do not greet you and just stare at you until you are ready to order. They do not thank you for purchasing items from them. They do not have that friendly welcoming feeling and look as if they just want the day to be over with. Pretzel Dog: I was disappointed that they did not have the regular pretzel dog. They only had the mini pretzel dogs available. These were surprisingly hot when I got them, but they did not give me a fork or a stick to eat it with, so I had to use my hands. Original Pretzel: This was surprisingly hot as well and tasted like any salty pretzel. Overall: They should work on their customer service skills and try to have more products available for the customers.

I ordered a pretzel, and the employee in the back, I believe his name was Jaden, was really proficient at his job. He may be a young kid so I think he deserves a raise or perhaps even a promotion. Very good service. Because of Jaden I will always come back here now for some snacks!

One of the workers Jaden was very helpful and helped me and my friends. He was very nice towards all of us and was very accommodative. He was also very good looking and was about to make me act up. I kept it under control for the one the best customer service employees i’ve interacted with. In all honesty, I recommend a raise or promotion. He is an example of how all employees should act and be like. What a role model.

The owner "Ahmed" of this establishment is very rude and was being disrespectful to my grandmother. She is such a polite nurturing woman and for me to come and speak to the owner regarding his actions to my grandmother, he was really disrespectful to me. He began to curse at me and threw pretzel bites at me form the trash. I'm waiting on security for the footage, this will be his last time working for the company.

Don't get the combo, they say it costs less but the price always goes up after they offer it. The lid is also useless and doesn't click in at all. It just sits on top of the cup so our food went everywhere and made a mess as soon as the weight on the lid shifted.
