For the price it's decent enough I suppose, get what you pay for, clean enough environment and service and wait time is good. Although, sambar and poppyseed mix was rather flavorless and watered down for me. Dosa was rather dry and not fluffy at all. Bit of a letdown.

This place is located ok on the first floor below the temple. Has a great variety of tiffin items. The place can become busy at times based on when you come.

They serve amazing Indian food for south, north, east, and west Indians and for people from all cultures and nationalities.
Parking used to be a challenge but they now have ample parking.
Staff are the nicest devotees, volunteers, and family members.
#Blessed to have the opportunity to live near the Balaji temple.
Totally value for money, tasty and clean!! This is my go to spot on slow weekends for sure.
Pretty good for a temple canteen. You will find more people.in here than at temple for a reason.

It's a very good place to have some tasty Indian vegetarian food. While people come here primarily to meet the lord, it is also true that a lot of people come here for the food served in this cafe.
Today i went to get Pongal and vadai combo , the volunteer guy literally put 4 tbsp spoon quantity in his laddle and served . Vada came later . I saw the meneal qualtity after I opened the box later to eat. I even wonder how these important things are left at the mercy of such volunteers . Inpsite of paying the usual we get such frugal quantity is sad. Cafe incahrge pls note who was there late this evening and pls explain it's ok to give the right amount of food for the the money we pay . Very disappointing. April11th 2025
We had the Mysore Dosa, Mirchi Bajji, Veg Pakora, Dahi Wada and Boondi Laddu. The food was delicious and tasted home cooked. The cafeteria is attached to the temple, on a lower level. We went on a weekend afternoon around 3 so there was hardly any wait for the food and lots of seating available.
Good place felt like India
The best south indian breakfast I ever had. Everything is delicious and my personal favourite is pongal and everything is so affordable.
