Our server/cashier tonight was Daniel, he was great. He answered all my questions and was very patient. Great atmopshere. Establishment was clean. The service was fast and the food was delicious. I ordered the big cali meal- it came with 2 nice sized pieces of bacon, which was cooked just right and was crisp. Avocados were fresh! Overall impression was good, the only downside is the price. $46 for two people is pricey; each person ordered a chicken sandwich meal, and one had a regular drink and the other got a shake. The reward system is a real gem though as I already received some rewards for this meal.

OMG!!! The food was absolutely incredible cooked right in front of us by Chef Daniel! I got the Pit Boss, and it was huge and unbelievably delicious. At first, I had no idea what to choose because everything on the menu sounded amazing. Thankfully, RJ and Daniel took the time to walk me through the options, both were super knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly love what they do. Their energy made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back and try more

Pretty good for a fast food place, but prices are a bit high for what you get. The hot chicken sandwich was good, but you get very little meat and it was as spicy as most other spicy chicken sandwiches from any other fast food place. The cookies and cream milkshake was very good, but was overpriced.
Shaq’s Team nails it. Best tenders in the QSR/fast food space. The Shaq Snacks are awesome!

Dear Big Chicken Management,
I am writing to report a food handling issue I observed at your Bridgewater Commons location on 9/17/25 at 3:40-3:50pm. During my visit, I saw a staff member drop a glove on the floor, then proceeded to pick up the dirty glove and put the glove back on before handling food.
I brought this to another employee’s/ Manager on duty’s attention, but the response was dismissive. The manager started arguing with me over what I have observed. I strongly believe this is a food safety concern and wanted to ensure management is aware. Please review the camera footage from that timeframe and address this to maintain proper hygiene standards.

The food is pretty good. I think Cane's is slightly better, but since there are none close by, Big Chicken is the best alternative.
That being said, there is a young gentleman who works the register during evenings and he gives the place a bump from 4 to 5 stars. He is super chill and friendly. No joke, one of the best service professionials I've seen at any place.
