I was here on February 2nd, 2024 for a business meeting in one of their meeting rooms. I did not get a room at this hotel, so I can not comment on that, I am a Hilton diamond member and booked a room with them in a nearby Homewood Suites. I can say that the staff was wonderful catering to us for the meeting, and everything was extremely clean and well kept. Beautiful property, plenty of parking and easy access. The prices for rooms were higher than other hotels in the area, so I didn't consider staying here.

Hotel is fine and decorations are nice - but the highway is ridiculously loud. So - if you end up on that side of the hotel, good luck sleeping.Called the front desk to see if I could switch rooms - and they said they could not... I doubt that very much to be honest as they could check me in early. Anyway, as a Marriott Gold member this is very disappointing.

This hotel is old. There is no free anything. Fitness center was packed at 6am! Pool has cold water so forget that idea. And it's very expensive.

I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie for my November wedding. Can I tell you this place treated us like queens. Stephanie made sure that our experience was desirable, pleasurable, and one of a kind. From the taste testing to the actual wedding day I have no complaints. I recommend this venue and hotel to anyone who is looking to get married.

First thing first; The property is average and not as sparkly and shiny as it appears on these pictures; It’s a modernly average Marriott. Anyways, where I am upset is with most of the staff and management.I requested robes and an extra towel when I checked in because I know they usually only leave 2. I never received them.Then, the major concern begins at the fact that when I arrived in a room there was a smoke smell in the entire hallway. I complained about it. Then, when I get in the room, the sink is clogged and wont drain. I called up the concierge and let them know of the issue. They offered me to switch to a Double Queen but That is not what I payed for.They never ended up fixing the problem.I was awfully upset and filed a complaint upon checking out.Now, fast forward, I was charged a $250 SMOKE FEE for VAPING!!!! They tried to blame the smoke smell on me, because they claim they found “wraps” and then switched the story to they “saw me vaping”.Long story short, if you want to be disappointed, Then charged a fee after complaining about things,Book here!!!!

I love this hotel. Only giving a 4 out of 5 because customer service here isn't what it used to be. Staff isn't as friendly as it once was. Also, food changed. They used to have the best homemade muffins and crinkle fries. Last time here I ordered room service and the muffins were store bought for sure and had a refrigerator taste and the prices were crazy. I paid $4 and change for like 6 muffins but like $8 for a bowl of cereal. That was very odd considering a box of cereal is $5. Anyway still love this hotel just different in certain ways.
Stayed for a night to attend an event nearby and was impressed with this fabulous hotel! The holiday decor was festive, the staff, especially the front desk clerks were so friendly and the room was lovely. It had such a comfortable bed and sleek, upscale bathroom. 10/10!

Stayed at this hotel..room was great...my wife forgot her make up bag on the bathroom door..well up to $500 worth of cosmetics ....we know we left it there and where we left it. called the hotel made a claim on their joke of middle man website claim system...all kept getting was a " your belongings have not been reported yet" so either it was found by cleaners or next hotel guest.
