Ordered 10 traditional wings lemon pepper, only 4 of them were seasoned the rest not even touch. Chicken was old and hard to eat.

Over the past three times I've ordered from them, they have consistently forgotten to include all of our side orders. Wings have been undersauced too, but that's a different issue.

Today we had the pleasure of having Kobe as our waiter. He was so upbeat and fun! He also made great recommendations. Thank you for your service Kobe! This place could use a gem like you

The food was stone cold and the wings were terribly dry. Orders boneless, bone in and chicken fingers and they were all horrible.

Disappointing. Had to remind server that we needed utensils when he brought the food, along with him not being fully aware of the drink specials. Also, window treatment is poor, so don't sit in certain sections facing the west because your partner will have to deal with sun glare. Chicken was good though...

I wouldn’t go to this particular BWW. Hostess sat my kids and I down. We waited led for the server to come attend to us. He just kept walking by. He had plenty of time to pause and watch the games on the tv but no time to even introduce himself and take our drinks and apps order. I ask to be moved to another table. We were moved. At that table no one ever came. We just left. The kids were hungry and thirsty. Such a disappointment. I’ve never experienced this at their other locations. Also I want to add there wasn’t even a wait.

Place has been great multiple times, yet tonight.. was something else. I show up 9:47, on the. dot. 2 hours have gone by of cold food, wrong orders, and waste of everyone’s time. The cherry on top was once they turned off the horse Paralympics. I have respect for those racers. I am currently typing this with a phone at 2%, at 11:40 at night, and still not check on my table. They forgot my buffalo wings, proceeded to put the WRONG sauce, they forgot ALL THREE of our cookie skillets. Food was cold, like an ice box from 1989 at my camper before going to action park. We proceed to talk to the waiter afterwards, and he told us “we got lucky” because of how the manager responded to our complaint. Unfortunate time, unfortunate night, unfortunate restaurant. I’m beyond PISSED.

The service here is getting slower and slower each time I go here. If my kid didn't enjoy the food, I would probably never return.

The food was just alright nothing special. To much oil left on boneless chicken. Onion rings were the best thing on the order favorable. Not great to much deep fried maybe should of gotten the burger instead.

This location of Buffalo Wild Wings is the most incompetent location I have ever ordered from. Ordered a simple order of wings and side of celery. They can’t even get the sides correctly. I received NO celery and five bags of carrots. Wings are half dry with no sauce. The location in Flemington is so much better. Sounds like they need better staff who can read a simple order and make the food better. #DEIhires
