Naj is an AMAZING asset to this location along with her manager Kella. Both of these two are professional, attentive, and care about how they come off to the customer. The food is honestly bomb and their customer service just made it better.

I hate leaving these reviews but I came here Sunday night and sat at the bar- the bartender looked right at me and continued talking to his buddy for 3 minutes until I got up and left - my order would’ve taken like 5 seconds and I tip well- just weird behavior from a bartender

Went after working long shift hoping for drinks at 11:30. Got one drink. Ordered another and was denied because “last call was 12:15.” It was Saturday night. I just called and the host told me last call is 12:30 on Saturdays. Either way my server never bothered to offer me another round before last call. Bad service.
HENRY was outstanding. Friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. I've been in the food industry for a long while and I know a keeper when they come across my path. Henry and BWW Bridgewater take the cake!

Good place but Tuesday night BOGO free is a scam. Bartender won’t honor the deal even after showing the activated offer; rings up on BOGO50% off. Insists he is correct. Don’t go there for the deal, if that’s what you’re thinking.

Justyn was not the greatest. Aside from messing up our order twice, and not correcting it a third time, there was absolutely no accountability, no apologies, and zero customer service skills. We were obviously there after it closed because they messed our orders up, but they still made it a point to turn the music off as soon as the clock struck twelve. Might as well go to the Bridgewater location at this point.
