Cafe Venezia

Went on a double date here the other night and we had not only a lovely time but an excellent meal! The owner personally waited on our table and it was a delight to experience the warm hospitality. The calamari venezziano and the pollo special were especially delicious! We look forward to returning!

Phenomenal food and family atmosphere

I know all the brothers at Cafe Venezia the greatest guys in the world restaurants is unbelievable best restaurant in town know each other for about 10 years. We are family love them.

I cannot say enough about this restaurant. A favorite of mine and my wife’s when we lived in Metuchen years ago, we haven’t been there in years because we moved. We were in the area for a soccer tournament and decided to go back, and Bruno and Leo actually remembered us…the service, food and atmosphere are all amazing. You won’t find a better meal in NJ

I had my baby shower here this weekend and it was the most special day ever because of the amazing staff here! Eddie was so understanding, helpful and went above and beyond for us. We are so grateful for his help and everyone working the day of my shower. The food was exceptional and I highly recommend having an event here!

Had dinner at Cafe Venezia on 5/2 with a close friend who actually chose it. One of the owners Leo and his staff made it an amazing experience. We ordered The CALAMARI FRITTI, I had PASTA & FAGIOLI ALLA TOSCANA, and for dinner GAMBERONI PORTOFINO. The food was delicious! It is a BYOB .My new go to restaurant for takeout or dinner.

I'll make this quick--everything here is outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you're treated like family. It's the kind of place that if for some reason you wanted something that wasn't on the menu, they'd probably make it for you, no problem. Family-owned and operated, BYOB, and really good food in a relaxed atmosphere; there is nothing to not like about Cafe Venezia.

The food was incredible, and the service was impeccable. The staff is warm, friendly and always makes sure that you feel part of their family. This is my favorite place to eat in the area.

First time having dinner here. We really enjoyed it! We ordered specials on the menu & everything was delicious. The owners are very nice & provide personal service. Hope to return soon !

Excellent and attentive service Very tasty food. A bit on the pricier side that prevents this from moving to a more regular (eg weekly) destination.
