California Pizza Kitchen at Bridgewater Commons

This was an absolute horrible experience as soon as my friends and i walked through the door some workers already had attitudes about us being there since we're a group of high schoolers I assume they thought we were gonna be chaotic but weren't we were polite and timid our sever Gabriela had a disgusting attitude the whole time she served us. I've never experienced such disrespect in a dining establishment and when it came to paying she stole exactly $46 dollars from us. I don't know why she felt the need to do that and why she thought we wouldn't notice, like it wasn't simple math. When we asked about the remaining money she acted as if we inconvenienced her and continued to be disrespectful and make rude comments while we tried to ask where our money went. We asked numerous times to speak to a manager and for her to tell us who the manager was but she refused. She then went and complained about us to her coworkers and said we were lying and when we asked for them to check the cameras they blatantly refused. We finally got the managerand he took was rude and unprofessional about the situation. They acted as if we were lying and causing a scene, which we were not just simply saying we wanted our money she took off the table AFTER the bill was already paid. Gabriela and the manager continued to call us liars she physically said for us to figure it out ourselves her and her manager continued to be highly disrespectful my group of friends and myself. The manager and Gabriela refused to give us our money that she stole until we threatened to escalate the situation, by calling our parents. At that point we finally got our money back. I would never go back to such a horrible place the manager and the server Gabriela should not continue to work there after how disrespectful they were. Not only could they not do their jobs properly they are dishonest people. I do not recommend ever going to the place if you wanna have a good time and not have your money stolen, then have to argue it was your money just to get it back.

35 minutes for a to go order of 3 UNCOOKED pizzas. What a joke. Never doing that again.
$20 + per UNCOOKED pizza. Also a joke.

Issac was nice and polite. Got all order correctly Including all special requests. Restaurant wasn't busy however it took a very long time for the food to arrive. The food was excellent.

Food is as usual. Good for the price. The service was off. No one came to us. We had to get their attention. Although Issac was very nice, his English was poor. So he missed a lot of things. Forgot the lime and he was sniffling. Clearly sick. We asked for the pizza to be dark and the bottom was white.

We came today 8/5/25 Ashley was our server and will absolutely be back. As a pizza connoisseur freak I was upset our group choose this place for lunch- I thought as a chain must not be anything special. To my surprise everything was great! Ashley was so friendly helping my mom download the app, has FANTASTIC recommendations, and by the end of the meal we basically decided this will be our meet up spot moving forward. Thanks for a great dining experience!

Had high hopes but I don't think we'll be back.

Some food was good (good flavor profiles for the pizzas, great salad ideas) but other food was lacking in taste and presentation; a twenty dollar vegetarian salad should have more cucumber, beans, etc. Multiple of the same desserts were ordered but arrived differently, some with ice cream and no whipped cream, others with whipped cream but no ice-cream cream.

All desserts showed up and we had no silverware. We asked the server for silverware and it was forgotten. It was melting so we asked again for silverware and waited. Nothing. Eventually we tracked down the server who was finally bringing the silverware over. No spoons came to the table for desserts or for the coffee we ordered.

Eventually my coffee came much later but the cup had lipstick on two sides and so I sent it back and asked it be removed from the bill.

The coffee was not removed from the bill and so I sent the bill back to be modified.

During that time four staff were just standing around chatting.

All levels need more training.

Food wasn’t terrible but given the price and portions , it was underwhelming.

Went to go there for my birthday and ordered a hand tossed pizza but the size was the same as a thin crust pizza one of my family members ordered. The pizza itself wasn’t bad but the pizza was paper thin, the size was around 7 inches and only made really for one person and the cost being around 20 dollars for a single pizza . Not the worst thing ever but disappointed, won’t be coming back.

Meeting my wife for lunch.
She gets 1 hour.
I was seated at 11:50 AM today.
The drink order was immediately taken.
I placed my meal order at 11:55.
Waitor came over at 12:20 and told us there was a delay because they were doing a big catering order.
Food did not come until 11:35.
My wife had to rush through her lunch.
I think people inside restaurants should take priority over takeout.
Management did not visit our table or give us any kind of compensation.
My wife and I are club members and we enjoy this restaurant very much.
