Solid Charlie’s. My go to is usually the California chicken and it’s always been really good. The staff is always very friendly and efficient and the prices are reasonable compared to some of the other stuff in the food court?

This place is awesome! The lady at the front was so nice and made sure we ordered what we wanted.There were A LOT of people around the line and they seemed to have no idea how to watch where they’re going.The food was definitely good. The fries were amazing (very well cooked) and I LOVED the ranch. The cheesesteak was also top-notch. The buffalo chicken cheesesteak was great but not out-of-this-world the best I’ve ever had. Overall we’d probably go again.Parking: THIS LOCATION IS IN A MALL. During busy times there may be parking but it’ll be a little further back in the lot.

I visited Charley’s cheesesteak in Bridgewater. I received a mediocre cheesesteak at best. They no longer carry American cheese, a major disappointment. I ask for whiz and pepper Jack, I’m sure they gave me provolone. I had to go back and explain twice I asked for cheese sauce. It’s really challenging to get them to understand. They would benefit from carrying better quality products and hiring staff that care. It was $15+ for a small steak and fries.

Counter point, I saw the review comparing this location to the Menlo mall one and I was disgusted, I recently just went and had charlies at the Menlo mall and they were nice but the food was HORRIBLE , my lemonade tasted like water, my sandwich was floppy and cold. This location is always fresh, hot and has great lemonade. I will not sit by and watch this blasphemy. If you want good food and quick and easier service this is the location to go to. My body is probobly made of 60% lemonade at this point and I know Menlo location could never.

Ok but no where near as well prepared as the location at Menlo Mall in Edison. Steak wasn't chopped enough and it was kind of tough / dry. Somewhat disappointing.

I always come here for lunch but I asked for loaded fries and they weren't loaded so I politely asked if they could please add more and he refused. He said I paid already, I don't think that's fair and a bit rude, but I'll just go elsewhere from now on. ?
It very bad i hate it they take so long and there food isnt even good and their work is dirty and they r expensive when the meal doesnt even come with a drink or fries and the drinks are 9 dollers NO honestly what is this. I can write alot more obt this I EVEN CAN WRITE TILL TMRW ABT THIS RESTAURANT NOT IN A GOOD WAY ITS SO BAD
