Battered fried chicken with no sauce is not even close to what anyone in the world calls a buffalo wing.

Fantastic chicken! I’d say wet batter style. Crispy shell, steamy tender meat. Seasoned well, but not spicy (usually covers up poor technique). Similar in combination of flavor and texture to great SoCal joints like Golden Bird in Ladera Heights (closed) or Honey’s Kettle Fried in Culver City. Delicious! I also had the fried okra… nice chunky bits and well breaded, and the Mac and cheese… classic creamy style rather than baked. Took my extras back to the hotel for breakfast. I’d pass on the potato skins next time. No nonsense service, no gimmicky adds… just good food and the game.

It felt like a fried chicken 🍗 night so we didn't have to think about dinner. 4 kids 2 adults so I got a 32 piece tray. Can I tell you that was some of the best fried chicken I've had in years. Fresh and hot, well seasoned, and packaged well. Highly recommend 👌

My wife knew about this place because she grew up in Hillsborough. The flavoring on the chicken is second to none!! Big pieces and served fresh! Their sides are great too. The gravy on the mashed potatoes is flavorful!

Unfortunately, this place is dirty. I do not plan on returning. One day I saw that the owner pick up a piece of bread from the counter, after falling off from the rim of the plate, and put it back on the plate he was serving.
Also the bathroom reeks of poop, according to someone I know.
Finally, the hot sauce bottle looks like it hasn't been washed in 5 years. It had a thick, sticky film outside the bottle, that I think comes from the moisture and grease in the air, and I saw black gunk on the rim.
When I asked the owner about this, he said it must be someone who used it before me.
Unfortunately, would not recommend due to uncleanliness.

The fried chicken was a bit below average compared to what I can find at other places. The chicken felt a bit dry and not so fresh. The prices were reasonable though, but even factoring those in, I felt that Popeyes offers more value for money and taste, when it comes to fried chicken, and a better service turnaround time overall. In terms of Atmosphere at this place, it was a bit unusual too, they had TVs, but all turned up to high volume, which was annoying.

Stopped in a couple days before Christmas to pick up a bucket of chicken for my son to take to a party. Smelled so good that after I dropped him off my daughter and I went right back to eat dinner before doing some last minute shopping! THE CHICKEN IS DELICIOUS! Have ordered from here many times— no disappointments. Surprised at what a nice experience it was to eat in the restaurant. Kind and friendly staff, reasonable prices, generous selection.
Parking: Parking is head on out front—never have a problem finding an open spot.
Kid-friendliness: Environment appropriate for children (no bad language, nothing edgy on TV) and there are small desserts for purchase. My daughter tried the banana pudding and liked it (there were even a couple vanilla wafers on top!)
