Although their food is delicious, their customer service is absolutely disgusting. I was denied service due to debit card minimum. I was actually willing to pay the difference for the minimum, but it was just how he went about handling this situation which gave me a bad taste in my mouth. I wound up just leaving the establishment. Like I said, at the beginning, their food is delicious but unfortunately, I will not be supporting their business any longer due to their very very rude customer service skills my job orders from there all the time we spend hundreds of dollars on them each month you would think they would have a little bit more courtesy with a regular customer, he asked me to go to an ATM which I was unavailable to do being that I was on my lunch break and did not have my physical card on me. Either way you shouldnât talk to a customer that way.

As a young kid I always went with my grandpa and it was awesome every time! Although we switched for a little when China moon was closed because of Covid (I think). Me and my grandma decided to try it again and it was awesome! Canât forget the pringles they give! Canât wait to go there again with my grandpa since I tried it again today! People were awesome and friendly. Food was not greasy and had flavor. Would recommend!

I've been a consistent customer for over 10 years. This is my favorite Chinese food restaurant, I've been adventurous over the years and I have never had a bad meal. The Singapore Mai Fun and the BBQ beef sticks are my favorite dishes!

I had been getting food from china moon for some time now when I'm at work. I never had a problem before until 2/20/24. I ordered for pick up at noon and when i got there no one was up front. I waited for like 5 minutes and nothing. Then i started calling out Hello! multiple times and nothing. All i kept hearing in the back was a female yelling and yelling. I was there for almost 15 minutes before i decided to leave. I ended up having to go back to work with no lunch and had to wait to get home to eat something. Lets just say that was my last time going there.

No lunch combos on Sundays- even though it doesnât say that in their menus. And they charge 3% on credit cards. Didnât know that either or I would have paid cash. They also couldnât print an itemized receipt. Very sketchy. I wonât be back.

Had 3 visits to this place. Ordered something different each time. All the food was good. There were no issues with the orders each was hot, tasty and fast. I would recommend them for hot quick lunch. They have a good crew in the back.
