I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. My order was rushed, and items were missing — I specifically requested guacamole, but it wasn’t included. The portion of beef was noticeably small, and the rice was undercooked. Overall, the quality and service fell far below expectations. I don’t plan on returning to this location and will be looking for another Chipotle in the future.

Service was great! Staff is friendly and the food has never disappointed, but the restaurant is absolutely filthy! Literally garbage on the floor in front of the waste bins. Garbage and spills all around the drink area. Tables aren’t wiped down and the floor is gross. Eating my meal in in my car. How does management not see this? Yuck!

Ordered on the chipotle app and I swear to god the portions were less than half of a regular sized portion. I understand this is a busier chipotle but I’m not paying over $20 for what is essentially barely one full portion.

By 10:15pm they only have like white rice and no meat, beans, anything, so after 10pm don't even bother, false advertisement.

The servers were very interactive, jovial, and friendly. Everyone was all smiles and the meal was delicious. I like the way my food was handled. There is plenty of parking which was also an added plus. I’ll definitely be going back.

I had very bad experience every time I walked into this restaurant at “The Village at Bridgewater Commons”. Either the food is bad or the staff behavior is worse, and sometimes it’s both. Most of the times, their rice is undercooked and they run out of veggies and guac. I’m definitely not going to this location anymore.
Me and my father went to this chipotle to get two veggie bowls. We went and there was no line, and they did not even have black beans, sour cream and chips with qwauk. Me and my father had to stop by at Wegmans to get our cream. I had to get the brown beans but only gravy cause there was no beans left.
