Eric is an outstanding employee who consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit memorable. He always greets us with respect and a friendly attitude, and he’s taken the time to remember not only our names but also our usual orders; which makes the experience feel personal and welcoming every time.
Eric also takes great pride in his work. He keeps all the stations clean and organized while preparing food, ensuring everything is done with care and attention to detail. It’s clear that he truly values each customer and strives to create a positive atmosphere as well as a CLEAN and SANITARY work environment.
Employees like Eric are a big reason we keep coming back. He’s a great example of excellent service and professionalism. Keep up the great work Eric!

I had one of the worst experiences at this Chipotle. I was literally in the middle of telling them what I wanted in my bowl, and the employee was rushing me the entire time. Before I could even finish my order, she packaged the bowl up and moved on like I wasn’t even there. On top of that, they charged me for guacamole even though they messed up my order in the first place!
When I tried to talk to the manager about it, she was incredibly rude and dismissive — offered no help whatsoever and honestly made the situation even worse. Terrible customer service all around. I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this location completely missed the mark.

Very slow service up to point staff just slacks around with one person just doing the main line while another is too busy talking at the cash register. Food is subpar compared to other locations(no reason should be serving burnt rice thats dry btw and claim it came with another fresh batch thats not!). Needs a complete overhaul in better trained employees besides in ensuring product line is up to code

If I could give zero stars I would… This is the worst Chipotle that exists. 1000% worth driving out of my way to the Chimney Rock location where they always get it right. This is probably the 20th time they’ve gotten my order completely wrong. The sticker on the bowl has my order on it and the bowl has nothing I ordered. There is never an apology and the customer service is so awful. This is the 3rd time in one day that my husband is going back to rectify our orders. DO NOT come here. You’ve been warned.

There prices on the board are before tax I was short 74 cents when the the total on the board said it w oils be 11.40 terrible service
I was at this chipotle and the tables were dirty, the employees were kind and had fast service however the cheese felt like rubber. The fountain drinks were all plain soda and the lemonade was water. It was not a pleasent experience.

I came to write a review as it was my second time at this location and it left me annoyed, now I am seeing a lot of 1 or 2 stars !! I should have checked before going there! They were literally cleaning the counters with a rag and soap water which has all the containers while serving the food, very unhygienic!!!They gave us very small portions of rice and meat and loaded lettuce on top. My kids burritos were mainly rice. The picture I attached is my bowl while mixing, before eating any, you can see it's just half a bowl of food. I would avoid this Chipotle in future!
