My niece is usually shy coming into new places but the manger there Dale was really welcoming and made her feel comfortable and even got a smile out of her. Glad my niece got to enjoy herself!

We had a wonderful time here! Everyone from the manager to the technician and everyone in between were so great with my family...we enjoyed the animatronics, had to travel because our local animatronics were taken down, so we are trying to enjoy the animatronics for as long as we can because after that we will no longer come to any chuck e cheese, the animatronics is what made chuck e cheese so special!
