Food portions are inconsistent, the food is good but they have issues with the consistency. I don’t like to complain because I feel like this is one of the better fast food places around, but that is my only criticism. I also had done food orders pick up and they weren’t able to manage the order process. They seem over worked and overwhelmed. I was standing there waiting patiently for my to go order once and they said they marked it as completed but I never got it. Maybe someone stole the food but I’m sure it was just a mistake. The hot honey chicken is great and the side dishes are great too. The closest thing to a home cooked meal on the go!
Parking: It’s in a busy mall lot so it can be challenging to find a close spot during peak times.

The restaurant was not busy yet it took over 30 minutes to get out food. The tables were all dirty, the service was horrible, rice was both overcooked and under cooked. The salmon, brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes were really good

I love Dig and have eaten at locations in Manhattan many times, but sadly this location seems to have some quality control issues. We ordered two bowls and a side of focaccia on Uber eats for a quick dinner tonight. The focaccia didn’t make it into our order at all. One dish was an avocado grain bowl and the avocado was completely rotten. Not sure what the person who made the dish was thinking, but it was totally inedible. Fortunately, we were able to get a refund for the missing focaccia and the rotten dish. It’s disappointing because this place has so much potential, but the quality is uneven, so we likely won’t order from here again.

One of, if not one of the best places for food I’ve personally been to in years, everyone was so welcoming and the items I ordered were always consistantly delicious, the chef I spoke to, Gio, was super friendly and helped make it to where i will always come back.

Thank you chef ande and chef gio for making it easy to order. Never heard of this place before so came here on a whim and tried the salmon harvest bowl. Than got the Nashville hot to go with it. Bowl was the perfect amount for me! Also the ginger mint lemonade was amazing! So much better than cava or Chipotles drinks. 10/10 would come back again!
