This place is not serious. The food is nothing special. The tofu was genuinely sad. It was literally a baked piece of tofu with some vegetables and a tiny plastic cup of sauce. That is not a meal and it is definitely not something I would run out of my way for. Quite frankly, I do not understand the concept at all. Yes, vegan options technically exist here, but this is absolutely not it. Having a baked slab of tofu and some veggies with a tiny sauce cup is not what I think of when I want to go out and eat. The name and branding suggest something thoughtful and intentional, but the execution completely misses the mark. Farm to table, laugh out loud. This feels like a joke. The tiny sauce cups are strange and wasteful, and the food presentation feels lazy. The atmosphere is just as disappointing as the food. It is obvious that no one cared to design the space or finish the job. Even the digital menu was poorly executed. The place was dirty, and it was very clear that ownership does not care. Not about presentation, not about cleanliness, and not about the overall experience. The limited seating is poorly thought out, and the tables are arranged in a way that makes no sense. Everything feels thrown together with zero effort. This is a sad hole in the wall in the worst way. Ownership should be ashamed of what they are putting out. Truly pathetic. DIG is a really good fast food spot with healthy options. You build your own bowls or sandwiches and they have pretty good tofu options for both and plenty of vegan sauces including garlic aioli and pesto, and some seasonal ones.

I was driving by on my way to another restaurant, and DIG caught my eye - I ended up stopping in for dinner (got the avo grain bowl with salmon) and am so glad I did! They have a variety of hot & cold, fresh, made to order options that are light and bursting with flavor. Menu is very well priced and I appreciate the ability to make your own, as well as picked from some of the chef curated options. Also appreciate the cups of water available. I’ll certainly be back & hope they expand to other locations (especially in northern bucks county PA)!

Food portions are inconsistent, the food is good but they have issues with the consistency. I don’t like to complain because I feel like this is one of the better fast food places around, but that is my only criticism. I also had done food orders pick up and they weren’t able to manage the order process. They seem over worked and overwhelmed. I was standing there waiting patiently for my to go order once and they said they marked it as completed but I never got it. Maybe someone stole the food but I’m sure it was just a mistake. The hot honey chicken is great and the side dishes are great too. The closest thing to a home cooked meal on the go!

Parking: It’s in a busy mall lot so it can be challenging to find a close spot during peak times.

The restaurant was not busy yet it took over 30 minutes to get out food. The tables were all dirty, the service was horrible, rice was both overcooked and under cooked. The salmon, brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes were really good

Originally from NYC & the DIG at Bridgewater is the best location ever, I stopped going to NYC locations. The food is fresher & more flavorful and Janelle & Andy offer excellent customer service

Plastic garbage in the food, staff expects to be tipped for doing the bare minimum behind the counter. Never returning
