DIG is a really good fast food spot with healthy options. You build your own bowls or sandwiches and they have pretty good tofu options for both and plenty of vegan sauces including garlic aioli and pesto, and some seasonal ones.

I was driving by on my way to another restaurant, and DIG caught my eye - I ended up stopping in for dinner (got the avo grain bowl with salmon) and am so glad I did! They have a variety of hot & cold, fresh, made to order options that are light and bursting with flavor. Food portions are inconsistent, the food is good but they have issues with the consistency. I don’t like to complain because I feel like this is one of the better fast food places around, but that is my only criticism. I also had done food orders pick up and they weren’t able to manage the order process. They seem over worked and overwhelmed. I was standing there waiting patiently for my to go order once and they said they marked it as completed but I never got it. Maybe someone...
