If customers go through the drive thru, please hand over the food when they get to the window to pay. It seems silly to be asked to pull forward to wait for your food, yet a minute later someone comes out with your food - inefficient set up or the store is trying to meet corporate KPIs. Also, please make an effort to assemble wake-up wraps properly, every time I find the bacon at one end and they are packed open-faced in its holder bag, it becomes messy with the melted cheese.

Coffee is always fresh, donuts and sandwiches are good but, they completely neglect in-store customers. Wait for service lately is so severe that I have walked away three times out of my last four visits in favor of the Bridgewater Dunkin where they attend to drive-up and in-store customers equally promptly.

Ordered an iced cappuccino through drive through. Waited 10 minutes (pulled forward to wait for my difficult order) and then was handed a large cup of milk. There was no coffee in my iced coffee. Returned it and ordered Starbucks by door dash at work.

Just left this Dunkin and had the worse experience. The Manger insinuated I was stealing complimentary Creamer when I was at the register buying $30 worth of coffee grounds. She said “ I was trying to scam them”. Just your typical ignorant person stereotyping a paying patron. Will not be going back here again. They’ve lost my business for life.
