I ordered a med caramel macchiato from Bedminister, NJ store and it was 3/4 full and was not a caramel macchiato. I went to the Somerville, NJ store and the caramel macchiato was to the top of the cup and was a caramel macchiato. I will not be going to the Bedminister store again.

Staff needs proper training. 3 people working on shift and couldn’t figure out how to add cold foam on their mango refresher drink. I was told I can’t get cold foam. I complied and ended up not getting it, but when I showed them new videos I’m seeing on social media from May 2025, I was told “that’s from 2 years ago”. I wouldn’t have filled out this negative review if he didn’t lie to my face.

Made a quick stop for some coffee, hot chocolate and breakfast sandwiches. Very clean facility.
Manager and workers argue with me everytime I go in because there too lazy to stir the drinks they make have nasty attitude and roll there eyes morning crew should not be working customer service with there attitude disgusting behavior make the drinks how you where trained too that's why corporate supply's you with those long twisting metal spoons it's your job!!!!!!! Don't argue with the customer when they have to remind you to add cold foam and whip cream or cinnamon its in the drink recipe I'm convinced they don't read the online order tickets always have to remind them they will just put unfinished drinks on the rack

This place is a trainwreck. I used to order through the app but not a single time did they get my order correctly. Not only that, but half of the time I would show up and the person would sift through a bunch of tickets, dig mine out, and then start my order. Totally disorganized. I try to avoid this dunkin at all costs.

They ran out of sugar packets at the self serve area then only gave me some, not all that the number of packets I requested from behind the counter, for a large coffee. Very very rude. Never using again. Used to be my go-to. What happened to this location?

They don’t know what they’re doing. Place an order via the app, walk into the store, 10 mins later you have to tell them you have an order in. Then yr order is executed incorrectly. No organisation, either that or they can’t read!
