They ran out of sugar packets at the self serve area then only gave me some, not all that the number of packets I requested from behind the counter, for a large coffee. Very very rude. Never using again. Used to be my go-to. What happened to this location?

They don’t know what they’re doing. Place an order via the app, walk into the store, 10 mins later you have to tell them you have an order in. Then yr order is executed incorrectly. No organisation, either that or they can’t read!

Coffee was labeled as having 3 creams and 3 sugars, (I only asked for cream). When I inquired about this, the employee claimed that it was labeled wrong, and that there was no sugar. He was incorrect about this, and I was unable to correct it because it did not cool down until I was well on my way.

I was in this dunkin for over 30 minutes. 20 minutes of that waiting for a bagel twist toasted with veggie cream cheese. After waiting that time I went to the counter to ask what the hold up was where I was greeted by rude and confused employees. Then the worker wearing the green day threw the bagel twist at me rudely saying they didn’t tell her about the cream cheese as if that’s my fault. terrible experience can’t wait to call management in the morning
This is a very average Dunkin location...nothing special. The customer service is decent and the atmosphere is pretty blah...they are one of the Dunkins that also serves Baskin Robbins ice cream. Not the best Dunkin I've been to, but also not the worst. ☕?
