I go out of my way for this Dunkin. No drive through, but the service and coffee are always great.
Long drive thru line at 8am on a weekday, maybe about 10-12 min wait. When I picked up my order- iced latte with oat milk, it looked like a black coffee. When asked if he put any oat milk in it the man at the window said yes, it is dark, not light (as in the oat milk)-?! I told him I ordered a latte, and he said it was, it’s just dark, not white. Huh?? I didn’t have time to wait further. He clearly doesn’t know what oat milk (maybe any milks) look like, or what a latte is. Not returning.

I frequently visit this Dunkin Donuts because of the owners kindness to each person who walks in the door. The beverages and food are always quick and the atmosphere is always clean.

Horrible customer service. They have a sign that says $2 for a medium iced coffee from 2-6 pm. I was there at this time and they did not honor their sign.
Then the only worker who was there did not know what to do, and had to call two different ppl to figure out the issue. What horrible customer service! Do not go!

made the sandwich with the wrong type of cheese but then tried to just put the cheese i requested on top of the wrong cheese to “hide” it. i’m allergic to the wrong cheese that they used. disgusting. lazy. just remake the sandwich.. there’s 3 ingredients.
