made the sandwich with the wrong type of cheese but then tried to just put the cheese i requested on top of the wrong cheese to “hide” it. i’m allergic to the wrong cheese that they used. disgusting. lazy. just remake the sandwich.. there’s 3 ingredients.

I stopped by this Dunkin’ to get a Sour Dough Breakfast Sandwich and a Large Decaf Coffee. The atmosphere seemed very pleasant and the customers openly chatted with the owners since they were regulars. My sandwich and coffee were both delicious!! I will definitely visit again!!
The manager on duty is absolutely amazing. He made my kids and myself feel welcome and was extremely pleasant. I drive past 2 other locations on my way to this one because I know the service is better!! Even on a busy morning he provides excellent service.Kid-friendliness: Staff is family friendly.

I was really pleased with my visit to the Dunkin located in Martinsville. The staff was pleasant and were quick to take care of us. The location is clean and has a nice area to sit down. We ordered coffees and bagels with cream, and all were made perfectly! Glad we stopped by and highly recommend visiting.
