Would not recommend the Tiramisu Chiller. It tastes like melted plastic. An extremely weird taste.

I like Gloria Jeans and the employees at this location are always nice but my last visit there was an older Indian man behind the counter screaming, talking on the phone, seemingly talking hostile to his employee? It was quite uncomfortable. If he’s the manager I suggest he get some coaching on how to behave on the floor and how to speak to other people.
Horrible experience at this location. The store looked filthy. The cashier was rude and basically wearing a bra. None of the employees had their hair pulled back. The barista preparing our iced coffees dropped a cup on the floor, looked back to see if anyone was looking, then proceeded to fill the cup with ice to continue preparing the coffee in the cup from the floor. When we asked her to replace the cup she rolled her eyes, disgusted, and repeated "you want a new one?" When we said yes, she begrudgingly got another cup. Also, your cups are super flimsy and the lids don't fit properly causing 75% of my coffee to spill in the parking lot when I was trying to get in the car. I'm not a fan of Starbucks, so we were initially happy to visit a Gloria Jean's. But sadly, it will likely be the last time. You might want to give the Saturday crew a refresh on customer service and hygiene/Board of Health standards.
Literally stood there in front of baristas and watch them serve about 5 other customers before I reminded them that I was still waiting for a simple coffee.

We came in for drinks after dinner (at 8pm) and we were told that they could not make any blended chiller drinks. No problem, we order other drinks and walk to an adjacent store. We come out of the store about 10 minutes later and see that they made other customers a blended chiller drink. Not sure why they refused to make our drinks and opted to make other customers' drinks but that is absolute terrible customer service.I came to find out that they wanted to stop making chiller drinks because it was getting close to closing but we came in an hour before they closed. We will gladly take our hard earned money to the Boba tea store located around the corner from now on.

Easily the worst coffee experience, and I am not a coffee drinker. Ordered an americano with oat milk. After ten minutes and seeing all other orders after ours gojng by, the barista finally asked what we ordered and completely forgot about the order. She apologized and made it then, and proceeded to add almond milk. I quickly said it was supposed to be oat milk, she said she knew but still continued to pour. Again, i pointed out she was pouring almond milk and she realized it and finally stopped. On top of it, it was by far the worst tasting coffee and it ended up being completely thrown away.

Good service, friendly staff / baristas, and good coffeeNot the best coffee shop I’ve been to, and it makes me wish that Starbucks hadn’t left this space, but it is one I would go to if I were in the area and didn’t have time to go anywhere else
Parking: Lots of parking available in the Bridgewater Commons Mall parking lot and parking garage

Friendly owner and employee. From the interactions with other customers, it feels more like a local coffee shop than one inside a mall.I got the Strawberry chiller, which was really creamy actually. Kind of like a Frappuccino but a bit still on the icy side. In the winter, you reach a point, where you drink the liquid quickly and the rest of the drink becomes more solidified and like shaved ice, but not to the point of 7-eleven icee.Only complaint really is that in some parts of the shop there was a strong restaurant cleaner smell. Good thing that the cafe had an open mall entrance (not enclosed, so there was moving air), but couldn’t really tell where it was coming from. Maybe the tables but hard to tell

i've never had a coffee that was completely undrinkable before, not even the worst gas station coffee, but this place accomplished that. a few sips overcame me, and i had to toss it out. completely gross - save your time and money and go elsewhere.
