Walked in at 8:11 PM on Thursday September 11th, 2025, and I was told they are closed. Your store hours indicate you close at 9pm. I would have understand if I arrived 5 or 10 minutes before closing time. What a waste of time and gas!
I was extremely disappointed with the egg waffle. Not only does it look unappetizing, but the taste is also terrible — it feels like they messed up the recipe. Gong Cha’s egg waffle should never taste like this. I honestly don’t know if the staff even know how to make this dessert properly. I can’t believe they had the nerve to serve this to customers.
Got it for the Felix cup sleeve.
The pizza was really good and the staffs was.amazing
Nice store and quick service
Our go to location. Clean, efficient and consistent.
The drinks were great, and the service was really good
They've messed up my order multiple times, like forgetting extra toppings I'm paying for or not putting in the right amount of ice. The staff usually are distracted, even when nobody is around. Ur better off going to the one in the mall, somehow they can get my order accurately with more customers
Delicious! The store is so clean and smells amazing. Very friendly and inviting staff. The dirty brown sugar is my favorite.
Great service. Great drinks. Great location.

I visited this Gong Cha today around 1 PM and had the worst tea I've ever had. We requested less ice, but the staff member served us extremely warm tea that was overly bitter. Additionally, she seemed more focused on studying—almost as if she were preparing for a midterm exam—rather than doing her job. It was clear she had little interest in providing good service.
Got the lemon ai-u at 30% sweet but still very sweet. Diluted with more ice and water to double the portion!
horrible people work here
Had a bad experience with their cashier/worker today, pretty rude even though I was the only one there. :(
Bubbles in my milk tea were pretty hard too.
Cute and clean Gong Cha Taiwanese bubble tea spot! I frequent Hoboken and Manhattan Gong Cha locations and I have never seen matcha waffles ? offered at this location. As I am absolutely obsessed with both matcha and waffles, I decided to give matcha waffles a try. Made-to-order and steaming hot, they turned out to be divine and met my expectations. Yay?
