Gong Cha's are generally known to he an excellent chain of bubble tea places, however the service and the creative enthusiasm of their managers and workers make absolutely ALL the difference, this place goes above and beyond the "vibe check" .Come for great bubble tea and advise for the uninitiated as well as the seasoned boba pro. ♡Highly recommended

My hubby and I go to this Gong Cha spot weekly! Sometimes multiple times lol. We love the friendly owners who are always there hands on working alongside their staff and give good recommendations. The prices, wait time and parking are also much better here compared to the one at the mall. I accidentally spilled my boba tea there yesterday and felt bad but the owners were so nice about it as well as insistent on replacing it for me for free even though I was willing to buy another. Highly recommend this location!

Not bad experience but being a bubble tea lover and tasted in many locations I felt this bubble tea is not up to the mark. I felt bit watery compared to strong milk tea. The store is beside Kumon, Martial arts and soccer training center, so it’s easy and enthusiastic for parents to grab a drink while waiting for their kiddos.

Was at the library for an event. Passed by here and stopped by for a drink and snack since I didn't get a chance to pickup breakfast. Got the new item: strawberry almond jelly milk tea and matcha bubble waffle. -Strawberry almond jelly milk tea was a bit on the sweet side though I liked the almond jelly. -The bubble waffle didn't have a lot of matcha flavor though for a snack it's not bad. The employees were friendly and helpful. I read this location can get crowded though it was empty since it was early Saturday morning. Definitely coming back next time to try something else when I'm in the area.

Im not sure how folks drink these chemicals. It’s all basically some chemical syrup with ice and milk. It’s pretty bad. They can do better and I encourage them to do so.
