The man over there needs to improve his customer service skills. In fact, everyone should strive to enhance their customer service abilities.

My visit was going like a normal trip to gong cha as i’ve been here a million times before until a worker at around 7:30 on September 26. When I asked for my normal order she did not add the correct toppings and my order was made too sweet, nothing like i’ve had before normally at this location. After I mentioned the order was made wrong she was very rude and blunt to me and refused to remake my order. I have never ever had someone respond to me like this in this store before. I don’t usually leave reviews but for something like this I felt I had to.

It’s no surprise that this GongCha location has a low rating compared to others. The service here is terrible. The owner should seriously consider either improving the service or closing this place. I visited on July 14 around 3 pm and ordered two seasonal choices: a medium-sized double peach milk tea and a smoothie. The prices listed on the menu instore were $5.75 and $6.75, but a young lady charged me $6.25 and $7.25 instead. When I questioned her, she claimed the higher prices included a 'topping.' I pointed out that I wasn't asked if I wanted a topping, and she replied that toppings are included by default. I argued that the prices on the menu should reflect this, but she said the displayed prices were incorrect and beyond her control. This is extremely unprofessional, and when I asked to speak with the manager, she claimed to be the manager despite appearing very young. Frustrated by her explanation, I demanded a full refund. With so many other milk tea options in New York, it's not worth wasting money at a business that misrepresents its prices and provides poor service. A business should know their product prices first and no cheat to public.

They don’t know what they are doing. I asked for tapioca and didn’t tell me that the tapioca is going to take a while. I already paid for the drink and didn’t get the tapioca.

I came in on May 30 around 12:30p and the girl with the butterfly clip was really friendly and quick with my order. She was able to make conversation easy and made me feel welcome.

The worst service I have ever experienced.Not only the staff messed up my order (put ice when I said NO ice and made a hot drink different from what was ordered.) they literally pulled out the ice with the spoon and added whatever the liquid it was. Also just added the “missing” ingredient to a hot drink which made it unbearably sweet, when I asked for 50% sweetness.The staff should have redone the beverages from scratch and prepare them accordingly.It is not the first time the staff messes up with beverage preparation, they forgot to add gingerbread flavour to my gingerbread beverage last time, so it tasted like a pure steamed milk. And they also just added that missing part into the existing thing.Overall unpleasant experience. Would NOT recommend this store.

I was just there on Sunday March 17In store with grandaughter ready to orderThe young man and girl working told us we are not taking no more orders told us they are closing and we had to leave. Extremely poor and lazy customer service. We were standing in the store for 5 minutes. What is their problems don’t want to make money or just to lazy. If I could give 0 stars I would unbelievable unprofessional service. I can’t believe them.on top of that we let a couple of girls order before us which they saw which makes this even more unbelievable..I hope management corrects this problem with workers
The workers are often distracted talking amongst themselves and don’t take orders seriously. For this reason, I’ve found that my drinks were frequently messed up. They forget toppings, making me pay more for a drink/toppings I never got.
