Came here while we were here for the Chinese new year festivities. I ordered a hot milk tea and realized it was just black with no milk. I went back to the store and told them the error. They didn't apologize,barely acknowledged me and said they'd remake it under their breath. A few min later I received he correct order but didn't appreciate the attitude

Gong Cha at Bridgewater Commons is fantastic! The staff especially Rosario is super friendly and helpful, and they really know how to make the perfect bubble tea. The drinks are fresh, flavorful, and customizable exactly how you like them. The store is clean and has a fun, inviting atmosphere. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the mall and craving a delicious tea treat! 🥤✨

Misleading promo. Bought 2 of the Felix Picks, not only did i not get the free Keychain as advertised on the kiosk, the oolong milk foam tea with jelly tasted rank. Employee didn't even bother taking the promo down after telling us there were no more keychains.

People should stay away from this brand. I won a 1-year free boba drink ticket back in January and they have not kept their promised sending me the cards I can use to get free boba at their store, despite that I have reached out sending them the winning ticket and confirming my mail address. They lied they had sent the cards to the store where I got the ticket and would send me an email letting me know when I can get to the store to pick it up. No email nothing has ever heard since. Shame on big cheating corp.
Update: after I posted this complaint, they reached out asking me an insulting question ““Can you confirm if you picked up your cards?”. They know very well that no notification was ever sent. If they had sent it, they’d have a record. Asking me this now is just a lazy way to shift responsibility back to the customer — a tactic that’s dishonest and unacceptable.

Really enjoyed our boba at Gong Cha! The Crème brûlée strawberry latte and Milk foam dirty brown sugar milk tea were delicious! Nice self service ordering system. Drinks come out quick and the staff was very sweet. Recommend!

I love this bubble tea shop so much!! The staff were very welcoming and the drinks were made super quickly as well! I ordered the Dirty Brown Sugar and my sister ordered the Passion fruit green tea. Both were so delicious! I totally recommend coming here :)
