I was just there on Sunday March 17In store with grandaughter ready to orderThe young man and girl working told us we are not taking no more orders told us they are closing and we had to leave. Extremely poor and lazy customer service. We were standing in the store for 5 minutes. What is their problems don’t want to make money or just to lazy. If I could give 0 stars I would unbelievable unprofessional service. I can’t believe them.on top of that we let a couple of girls order before us which they saw which makes this even more unbelievable..I hope management corrects this problem with workers

The workers are often distracted talking amongst themselves and don’t take orders seriously. For this reason, I’ve found that my drinks were frequently messed up. They forget toppings, making me pay more for a drink/toppings I never got.

Disappointed, highly overpriced for coffee milk tea that doesn’t even have pearls included. Pre-made from behind counter and charged more than a Starbucks drink. I’ve had better bubble tea and I was highly disappointed.

Posting this today January 7 Sunday at 5:04pm.. as per google map. they closed at 6pm on sundays.. why do they closed an hour early? Is there any supervisor who manage this store or monitor what time they close.

We got the earl gray and brown sugar milk teas with boba. The milk tea was good but the service was definitely not the best. We waited almost fifteen minutes, the people making the drinks were mostly busy talking with each other instead of making the orders. Overall, the tea is pretty good but the service will definitely have you waiting a while.

I'm not sure why there are so few reviews on the only "claimed" page for this location, but here we go.... I am giving 5 stars based upon taste alone. I didn't place the order, I was gifted an Earl Grey boba milk tea and it was easily the best I've ever had. Floral, perfect balance of sweet, the boba was a joy to chew lol. I realize that there are other locations and because of my experience with this one in the mall, I'm on a hunt for one closest to me when I have a boba craving!

While returning from a family trip, we stopped by a mall and tried Gongcha. The interior and atmosphere were very pleasant. We ordered several drinks for each family member and they all tasted great. Since then, we have frequently been patronizing the Gongcha near our home.

I have tasted about three tea flavors here and none were good. My last taro hot tea was so bad (just tasted milk) that I had to dump it. It's overpriced as well.I'm going to stop going here.

The Boba teas, no matter which drink, are really good. Hwa helps out a lot in terms of recommendations and her patients to work with customers is exceptional. Overall great place to get Boba and good customer service.
