Service was terrible and when I explained to the person who made my order that he didn’t even look up or listen to what I asked, not even the size, he said, I don’t have to, if you tell me you want this I don’t have to ask you. Seems like it’s an ongoing problem so no one is addressing it. He said he was the manager. I was going to buy it but he was so dismissive and rude that I just decided to ask for a refund.

Well a cone worths more money than the cup so extra charge, extra charge if you pick the chocolate sprinkles with the cone, extra money for toppings, in total you get to spend $12 just for just an ice cream!!! which with that price you can fill your stomach with a nice lunch everywhere else and save the money and calories!
This is ridiculous! The ice cream tastes okay but nothing too crazy to extra charge for a small topping.
Better to buy a Ben & Jerry's ice cream it's way more tasty and even less money!!!

Haagen-Dasz is known for their high prices. It’s a higher-end ice cream company, after all. You hear about people listening to Adele in bed for hours after a bad week, drowning their sorrows in a luxurious pint of Haagen-Dasz. I had no idea until tonight that they had actual locations.The staff were very professional. The ice cream itself was incredibly rich in texture but it was lacking in taste (and disappointingly so). When I consider the portion size for a regular especially, the price in my mind just doesn’t add up.Their cookies and cream dazzling sundae was very good - my least favorite part of it though was the ice cream by far which is sad. The sea salt caramel truffle cup was good, but again the flavor was lacking. The last place we went to for sea salt caramel was Premise Maid. THEY KNOW how to do sea salt caramel.Haagen-Dasz is over 60yrs old. How can they not have figured this out? Yet, they’re so popular, and yet, this store has so many negative reviews. It cost over $30 for one regular cup and two sundaes. It might just be me and I may have to try them again, but at the same price, I can’t promise it’ll happen.

Just an absolutely pathetic amount of ice cream served for $6.

Unprofessional encounter with the manager. Ordered 3 milkshakes, my daughter's chocolate shake tasted extremely off, like some kind of metallic bitter taste that I can't really explain. Asked the cashier if we could get a refund on the shake, so he went to get the manager from the back. The manager said they don't offer refunds and that they can remake it but my daughter didn't trust having another. He then argued saying he hasn't given out a refund all month and tried offering other things like a cup of ice cream. Again I politely declined, finally he gave in and gave the refund but when he printed the receipt he said in a condescending tone, "now I have to answer to my franchise about why I gave out a refund." The milkshakes are overpriced as is ($8.81 plus tax for the small) but we never had a bad experience until today. This encounter was enough that I will not be purchasing from this location again.
