This location serves stale bagels. Bagels should not be stale at 9am on a Sunday. It is hit or miss on the day you go. I have gone on a weekday and the bagel is double the size with double the amount of cream cheese. The staff needs to be taught about consistency in the food they are preparing and serving.

Heck yes! This is the have for a delicious, fresh bagel sandwich! Their fresh baked bagels are soft on the inside with just enough bite on the outside. They have plenty of options from schmears to sandwiches on the menu. Their coolers also offer sides to anything made fresh behind the counter. I enjoyed every bite of my food and will recommend this place to friends. Thank you!

Food here is amazing.
However the environment inside the store is often chaotic.
The organization of the online pickup/delivery in store needs improvement. The uber/grubhub/other drivers just cut in front of the line of people ordering and it causes those at the desk to focus on them and takes away from the customers ordering in store. Challenging to order when they just walk in and show their phones at the counter. Please add in a designated pickup area to improve...
