I've always loved Maggiano's but was a little underwhelmed this time. Chicken wasn't as fresh as it could be and food was fine but not as good as it used to be. Not bad but not great.

Our meal seemed rushed, we weren't done with our salads yet and our entre' was served and sat on the table until we were ready for it.

My wife's meal did not come out at the same time as mine and we had to flag down our server to have her check on it.

We were looking forward to catching up with friends at 7:00 on a Saturday night. We were originally seated by a group of about 20 young and very energetic children. My fellow diners and I knew we would never be able to talk. The restaurant staff was very understanding and moved us to a better location so that we could enjoy the evening.

Have been here twice before, ate Family Style both times. Visited 7/7 and ordered of the menu and was completely disappointed with my flavorless Maggianos Salad that had way too many red onions. Also, we sat near the bar and had to keep swatting away flies and gnats. Our server Eva was delightful. She was very quick and efficient. My Pomegranate Martini was also okay. I would probably *not* eat here again unless it was the family style menu.

First time dining in since the brand's pivot to a different market approach. Overall we liked it. Seems “less corny” and more refined. If you have a party of 4 (or more), the family style offering is the way to go. Lots of food and the pacing was good. You get EVERYTHING listed on the family menu for each non-main meal course. Don't worry if you can't finish a course because they'll pack it up (or you can do it yourself). I wouldn't say it is an inexpensive outing but for what you get, it's fair.

Amazing mushroom ravioli! Authentic restaurant with the fine touches such as the smoking of the food which makes you feel like you’re in Italy , great wine selection ! We sat at the bar there was no wait.

Good food, good service My order came wrong, but the manager came over and it was rectified very quickly.

Flawless resturant. Stuffed mushrooms, long island ice tea, fettuccine Alfredo, perfection all around. Even went to the bathroom, very clean, and has their own signature authentic hand towels. My waiter Shawn was very professional, helpful, and made my family feel comfortable. The greeters at the front all said hello with smiles. Once again, food, atmosphere was excellent. This goes down in my top 5 resturants.

We were seated right away and away from the main dining area where there were graduation celebrations happening, which we were happy about, so we could have conversations and be heard. Our server was knowledgable and checked on us quite often. I was only dismayed with the prices- had we chosen the family style dinner offer, we would have probably fared better- pasta entrees at $23- to me, seemed bit too high. Overall, we enjoyed our time there, and might come back another time.

It was way too loud!! Too crowded and my poor mother had every booty in the place rub up against her head while we were seated because it was so tight!

you need to add carpeting on the floor to reduce the DEAFENING noise level or you need to remove some tables in the dining room to reduce the almost unbearable noise. Service was outstanding! food was outstanding!
