Their birria with consome is the best around. We come here to get take out every few weeks, the food is consistently good and the owners are so nice! They moved to the parking lot across from Chimney Rock (by the granite store), I hope they find a more permanent home soon

Some of the better Birria tacos I've had in NJ and I have had alot.. nice crunch, super cheesy, juicy and tender protein. Consomme is delicious as well. Definitely would recommend. Super convenient location as well!

A week ago I decided to try Mama Estelas for the first time and had the tacos with steak. The steak was a bit tough and dry. But the taco shell itself was really good. The shredded cheese and the veggies were not enough on my tacos. Today I went back to try the tacos de birria and I feel it was a disappointment for me. The taco seemed to be deep fried and it was very salty. The soup or sauce for the birria did not help it but just made it wet. Also they went heavy on the cheese and I barely had any cilantro and onion on it. Overall the food I've had here so far is so- so. There are other menu options I have not tried but the birria was supposed to be one of their best and it just wasn't that good. I personally will not be back.

Best quesadilla I’ve ever had. The chicken is tender and full of flavor . You don’t even need sauce or salsa ,gauc ,sour cream etc .The service was amazing as well .

Saw this truck in the Home Depot lot after a trip to Costco. Figured I'd give it a try. I went with the chicken flautas for $10. They were excellent. They were present Ted nicely with all the fixings and a decent medium salsa to pour over. Very tasty and crisp. I will definitely try them again next trip to the area and try their tacos next.

What a hidden gem... I chanced across their food truck in the Home Depot parking lot in the Bridgewater Promenade. They apologized for not having their vegetarian options on the menu yet, and offered to make me a vegetarian burrito with avocado. They threw in some salsa verde that they had "just made today". I found it to be incredibly delicious, with all of the flavors mixing together effortlessly. If I had leftover salsa verde I would have drank it. I believe they weren't lying when they said everything had been made today. I wish there was a food truck like this up in the Boston area; when I come back for the Christmas vacation I plan to come back for more! Congratulations and the best of luck to the both of you!

I've been looking for good birria tacos near me for the LONGEST time and I got lucky that this food truck was just hiding in plain sight in the Home Depot parking lot in Bridgewater! Tacos were ready in 5 minutes and price was reasonable for 3 birria tacos and consommé to dip them in 13$. Tacos themselves were cheesy and slightly crispy and very flavorful. Generous amount of meat as well. Am very happy, definitely recommend everyone give this a try!

Very good birra tacos. The consommé for the birra was well balanced and not overtly salty like others in the area. The prices are reasonable and they offer several sizes, which help if you are on a budget or if you want to try several things on the menu. Owners are very friendly. I will be back to get more food for sure.
